The price is a bit high on public holidays, but the food is generally ok, except for the quality of the beef - frozen and hard.

Waited for quite a while before we got a table. Food was good. Overall, it was an okay experience. Recommended for gatherings with large group of people.

Soup base taste good. I wld say this is value for money as it offer the basic range of ingredients. Variety is not a lot but for the price it is good.

Made reservation at 8pm. Arrived at 750pm. Was only allocated a table at 845pm. Many tables overshot their time limit but staff refuses to clear them out. Afew tables just sat there without eating too. Poor service by the staff but the food is good nonetheless

Food is okie. There isnt much options to choose. Luckily the price per person is reasonable in this location. But i would not go the shop next time.

The food is very fresh and the staff top up the soup base and food is very efficiently. Environment is clean and comfortable. Reasonable price too.

disappointed.... dishes serve not accordingly to ordered and extremely SLOW.... we waited for 30min for 2nd round dishes and then they requested us to eat faster or will be chargeable for extra hours as its 2hour eating time limit which we wasn’t inform.

Soup is refillable which is a bonus. Only gave 4 stars because the soup is more of a pepper taste then herbal taste. But thats just my own preference. Still good and cheap food here tho.

Another time of visit. Cannot resist the tomato soup base, can compare with hai di lao. Only disadvantage is insufficient seats. The shop is small.

Second time at xun Wei hotpot , this time round the prawn is not as fresh. However the price is good for a random steamboat dinner.

It was really good! Though service is not perfect, the staff did their best to serve our food as soon as they could. The seafood was really fresh as well for the price!

Strongly recommend this hotpot to friends. Soup base can fight with Hai Di Lao. One price go for everything. Service may not as good as HDL. But food is good.

There's so much food and drinks you can choose from. Definitely one of my fav places to come for lunch when working. Everyone working nearby should at least come here once to try it out. Very hippy and happy place

The food is ok but your employees attitude so rude. Due to first time went there for dinner don't know how to order and we ask your employees she give us a black face and don't want to serve us. This make us will not introduce this shop for my friend.

Good service and food. Went for the dinner buffet and drinks, ice cream and sauces were all included so basically no hidden costs. Would definitely go back again.

Good place for small group gatherings. We tried four different soups; tomato and Sichuan fish soups are our favourites! Variety of ingredients available. Can increase choice of cooked food.
