The service was slow and at times appeared disorganised. The menu did not reflect the website. The amount of food for the price was poor

A refreshing way of dining on a static boat in Clarke Quay. The food was excellent and enjoyable. The night lights around the river was really beautiful. Thank you.

The foods are delicious, and the price is reasonable will consider for next dinner outing, and for any birthday celebrations but do need more fans around as sometimes it is bit warm

Very nice ambience with great food! Portion and price were reasonable. But the service crew seems short handed. It's hard to get a staff when we wanted to add on our orders.

it is a great experience. the waiters are very friendly and nice. the food os really nice and its very full for one person if u order a set... i think two person is enough and i can order some side dish. the view is also very comfortable.

The food was average and the service was very slow. We were a group of 18 people and they messed up the order. Some of them had to wait 1 hour plus for the main course. The server wanted to provide complimentary fries while we wait for the main course which came after we settled the final bill. There was complete lack of coordination and they manage to give some discount on the final bill.

Too expensive for the food served. Customer service could be improved. Ordered for two, but only provided us for a single hot plate to cook two portion. Ended up to keep transferring the food again and again.

the food was served warm. the sphagetti was rather tasteless and my friend ordered the margarita strawberry cocktail was dilute. ambience and staff was nice n great but too pricy to pay for such sub-standard food.

The food was bad and the service crew were not professional. I left a remark upon the reservation that it's for a birthday celebration and hope they can help do something but nothing was done at all. And the soup, appetiser and main dish came altogether at once.

Food was OK but not worth the price. Service was mediocre. Overall experience was bad. Won't be coming back. There are places with similar ambiance and view that is more worth patronizing.

the food is nice, just a little over pricey. hot stone was special, first experience using hot stone for cooking food. ambience is good too except for the raining splashes against the table.

Staff could be more friendly and they could've helped us cooked the beef rather than leaving us alone. Overall good experience as the food was tasty.

All the staff are welcoming and approachable despite the busyness , and are willing to accommodate last minute changes. Kuddos! will surely recommend to my friends.

Nice place quick service but the food is not as good they said and promised at their website. Because of that the price is to expensive compare with the quality of the food.

I love the fact that we were dinning on a boat and we can chose to cook our own food at the table or have the chef cook it for us in the kitchen. nice location, very good feel. pricy but ut was worthy.

Food was great, especially one of the main dishes, Tajima Wakyu Sirloin. I am willing to go back to the restaurant if I come to Singapore again.

Nice location and rally Great it was a tongkang! Fun to preparera your own food on the hot stones and The Meat salmon and prawns tasted really Nice.

Ambience was great, can't say the same for the food. Cuisine is Hotstones grill, not suitable for the Chinese junk boat setting. Service was good, the staff acted fast when the rain hit.

Service not so good. Food not very fantastic. It was raining heavily, and staff seems to be in chaotic situation with rollers all stuck half way. We will the to eat under the rain. Wine and food all covered with rain water.

Nice ambience but it look a bit old and dirty of the boat...main course is nice and worth of money...maybe the drink and dessert can be have more improvement...

Food is nice and a bit expensive. My son and husband is a bit disappointed as we thought the boat will be moving around instead of stationary position.

We had a very good diner on a boat with a nice view on the Singapore River. Only too bad that the boat didn't make a tour while dining. We asked for the house wine and received a very nice bottle invoiced on a very competitive price. Johan from Flanders - Belgium .

A good option at Clarke Quay, but nothing outstanding. You'll dine on a boat and have a view of the Singapore river, which is kinda fun. Food is good, but the location-premium might be a bit too high without the AMEX discount.
