Offering a unique dining experience, with TongKang Riverboat Dining you can enjoy a meal on the two last remaining tongkangs (traditional boats used to carry goods) in Singapore. Located at the end of River Valley Road at Clarke Quay and boasting stunning views of the sunset as well as high quality Asian and European inspired cuisine, TongKang Riverboat Dining will provide you with a memorable experience at a sensational venue that’s perfect for corporate events, hen and stag nights and weddings.
The service was slow and at times appeared disorganised. The menu did not reflect the website. The amount of food for the price was poor
A refreshing way of dining on a static boat in Clarke Quay. The food was excellent and enjoyable. The night lights around the river was really beautiful. Thank you.
The foods are delicious, and the price is reasonable will consider for next dinner outing, and for any birthday celebrations but do need more fans around as sometimes it is bit warm
Not only is the location special, at TongKang Riverboat Dining the cuisine on offer is exceptional too, combining a mix of Asian and European influences. Located at the foot of River Valley Road at Clarke Quay, this lovingly restored tongkang is a fine dining restaurant serving up delicious cuisine. Here, a range of premium meats – kurobuta pork, kobe beef, sashimi, black angus and pacific prawns and more – are cooked on a grill that uses volcanic Serpentine stones from the European alps. Also on offer is a wide array of pastas, soups, side dishes, salads and appetisers.
A second tongkang houses a bar well stocked with premium drinks, making it an ideal location for corporate events or after-work gatherings. For a memorable meal or drinks in an impressive location looking out at the sunset from Singapore’s Clarke Quay, TongKang Riverboat Dining is a fantastic option, but be sure to book well in advance as this place is popular with those looking for a unique way to spend an evening.
