Fresh seafood prepared simply, highlighting its natural taste. Promoting sustainability by serving alternative species to allow endangered ones to recover. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Pared down but sophisticated decor. Fits the artsy feel of Gillman Barracks. Overall, a great experience!

This was my second time here. I wasn't impressed the first time but this time, a lady waiter was very knowledgable and gave really good recommendations. Our table of 5 had the cold beehoon, fresh prawns with salted egg yolk dipping sauce and the prawn risotto was the best. Also fantastic for sambal lovers. Try the coconut mock tail or cocktail. Super refreshing.

the service was decent and the food was yummy! the kangkong is a refreshing change from the hot options usually, the prawn mee was very much a prawn bisque with noodles! the prawns was fresh. However, the highlight must be the lobster roll! everything about it was so amazing!

The food was lovely.. Sort of local but with a little flair. Meals for 2 are very generous and we only had to add on a couple of dishes to accommodate 3 people. Nice casual atmosphere. The staff are friendly enough.

Nice ambience. Too many cold dishes in the set menu. Should consider substituting one of the dishes to either a soup or a dessert. Clam dish has overpowering taste of fried shallot.

The "local" food were average and really not worth the money. The burgers were good, though the truffle fries were better. Maybe it was how there are all these expectations on the quality of food and also how the wait staff described how delicious the food we're going to be. Having said that, service is good, with friendly and attentive wait staff. Ambience is also nice at Gillman Barracks.

the restaurant is too open and feels like a cafeteria, too echoey. the food is good quality and prepared well, but nothing overly exciting. the service was very good.

Good good and nice ambience. Prawns in the soup were big and juicy, and soup was not too salty as well. Recommended for business lunch.

Lovely place to hang out, food was fresh and thoughtfully-crafted. We especially loved the prawn noodles soup. Really lovely that the waiters were knowledgable about cooking process & the ingredients that go into the meal and helpful in their suggestions :)

Overall, the ambience, service, and quality of food was very good. It was nice to have a spunky service staff who shared the specials, and also engaged on what made the food offerings so special and unique. It was a bustling lunch crowd, and whilst it did take a bit long to get the food, the overall feel and sincerity of the people there made the place a venue I would venture to bring other guests and loved ones to in the future!

Quality of food is fine. However, does not carry the gourmet restaurant experience both in terms of food presentation and uniqueness in taste. Service is adequate and polite but not superior. From value for money perspective, a little below the line.

My third visit to the restaurant. Overall, experience was great. The restaurant put a lot of focus into the freshness and taste which makes the experience. If not for the constantly misspelled name on the correspondence, I would give a 6.

Website hyped up the quality and taste of the food, but honestly everything felt average. Presentation basic, and the food was very oily. It's ok if you're already in the area, but not worth venturing out to.

I thoroughly enjoyed lunch at The Naked Finn. Had the famous lobster roll and shared a bowl of hae mee tng with my friend. Lobster roll was done just right - buttery bread roll warm and soft inside, with generous chunks of European lobster and a generous heap of fries with a side salad. Every bite was joy. As for the prawn noodle soup, we ordered the version with somen and it was very good. We were informed by the staff that the broth is made with 3 types of prawns and it did taste very rich and aromatic. Full of umami goodness! We slurped up every drop. Also liked the trio of condiments on the side which elevated the taste profile of the dish. Will be back again for sure.

Ambience is nice. Service is good. Food average. Prawn noodle soup suppose to be good but find the soup too bland. Not my preferred choice. Maybe because they dun put any seasoning. Lobster roll ok only. Tried nicer ones.

Food was fresh and up to standard. Love the ambience. Service was good, depending actually on who serves you... The waitress who took our order was knowledgable with the menu and was good in her food recommendations. The same can't be said with another waiter who seems to have got up from the wrong side of the bed.
