Celebrated Husband’s birthday, great band, excellent service. Will be back!

It's a lovely restaurant with a unique and impressive performance. The food quality and taste were above average but could be improved, considering the higher prices. I believe the elevated cost is attributed to the unique entertainment, such as the mermaid show. Although the service staff may not appear friendly, they are attentive. Overall, we had a good experience.

The ambience and live band was good. Mermaid is the main gist of the attention. Alcohol promos are pretty competitive as well.

Food was very poor and super pricey, not worth the money. Portions were small and my friend commented the quality of the steak he ordered was of coffeeshop western stall standard! Additionally, for the first time in my dining experience, the server informed me lamb has no doneness level. I've eaten at many restaurants and those with high standards have lamb doneness levels for patrons to choose. Server has no knowledge. Alcoholic cocktails (baseless ocean & mermaid tears) were like mocktails, tasted very little alcohol in them. So stingy! Also, music was terrible. The female singer (zerlene) was average & the male singer (daniel) can't sing. Made a song request for any Adele song, however Zerlene said it was too difficult to attempt. For the exorbitant price paid (maybe for mermaid show), overall , my party of four left disappointed. We had to leave as we couldn't stand the noise (bad singing). Went to one of the establishments in the vicinity, which had better bands and spent the whole night there instead! Only the concept of mermaid performance was enticing and what led me to visit. Kudos to the mermaid performers! The mermaids were graceful and impressive. That's all. Definitely will be my first and last visit here!

Food was decent in terms of quality and quantity. Price are on the higher side though, likely due to the flagship show. The mermaid show was unique but not very impressive.

The food very disappointing, slow service, request for 3 times only serve us the plain water. All the good points for the mermaid show, It’s awesome.

The food was great. We enjoyed a couple of appetizers more than the mains Steak. The seafood soup was fresh. The entertainment live band was ok , the mermaid performance was an eye opener. The downside was the air comforting is SUPER FREEZING

Great place to hangout and chill. There is live band, DJ after 10.30 and the beautiful mermaids show!

All Good, just too pricey. Limited food selection, desert needs to be improved. Need more creative main-cos. Soup is great thou.

music was abit too loud, and we did not get the good seats to see the mermaid. but the food came quick and the mermaids were a magical moment!!

Live Mermaids! Great ambience and service. if you are looking for a unique place to hang out, definitely recommend The Mermaid! Not forgetting the awesome cocktails too. :)

Overall ambience is good with nice lightings. Mermaid performance is unique and therapeutic but is partly blocked at some angles by the pillar and band equipments. Will suggest that the DJ play slow/soothing music to complement the mermaid performance, rather than some random music on the playlist. Decent Beer tower prices considering the performance which was included. Food variety is pretty limited and can be improved Live band on Thursday shines in their own way but the male and female singer doesn't seem to have enough chemistry performing together. However they took the initiative to ensure they play a song dedication for every table which is a big plus point. Overall a family friendly place and recommended to visit for a unique experience although the location is quite ulu.

The mermaid show is really not bad but the food is not for the price.

Its quite a new place. Visited on a weekday evening for dinner. The food choices aint plenty, but lots of choice for drinks. They do have kids menu (2 choices). Didnt get to catch the mermaid performance but the mermaid did turn up for a photo session which most of the patrons took photos and videos. Will probably visit again to catch the mermaid performance.

Food was good and performance by mermaid is superb and must see!
