Tempura Bar - Singpost Centre

Lunch with my wife and it’s our first time to Tempura Bar. The food and service was great. We will be back!

Service was very good despite having only 2 service staffs. Food and drinks were served quickly.

The prawn tempura was served with a choice of hot or cold soba, or udon. The lunch set also came with 3 slices of salmon sashimi and refillable tea.

The food was ok, but ambience and service (especially by the male staff in black) was poor. I had to ask for the proper menu (ala-carte); they probably assumed that all guests would go for their promo items in the 1-page menu on every table. There wasn't any smile nor "TQ" after payment. There was a noisy group next to our table which made it difficult for conversation over the meal. Don't suppose I'll be making reservations at Tempura Bar again.

Uneven service in the beginning. Probably due to early reservation (4pm). Great after that.

I came to the cashier area to inform the staff of my reservation but was approached like I was bothering him. Food was ok, batter was over fried for some of the tempura.

The tempura is well-executed, service is attentive, and overall experience is great and enjoyable.

Came here with colleagues and enjoyed the lunch sets. Sushi is fresh and their chirashi bowl has quite a lot of fish.

The Ebi Tendon set is my favorite tendon here. Everything tastes just right for the price paid. Service is also great.

It wasn't crowded when I was there for a Saturday dinner. Wide selection of food and drinks options, including bubble tea! Ordered a Tendon but switched to udon. The udon broth was just too salty for me. Food was served quite fast.

The Ebi Tendon set is great as usual. Only wish it comes standard with tempura sauce (you can request for it as I always do) and the sauce is not as concentrated and salty.

nicely executed tempura in light batter; deep fried items not too oily. portion size is ok. their omakase seems popular, perhaps worth a try next time?

Chicken fillet tempura is quite tasty.. Chicken tenderness is not bad. Thé level of crispiness is there, if it is more rich in flavor that will be perfect! Service is good!
