The food was disappointing and lacked the authentic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Specifically, the shawarma was overpowered by excessive ketchup and sweet sauce.

The waiter service must be improved as they can be quite unprofessional in taking orders.

Location, ambiance and food is excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is the service. The junior staff are friendly, but the senior staff is not very hospitable and handles guests like they are doing damage control, rather than trying to make the guests comfortable!

Dear Business Owner, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. On 25th December, I booked a table for 7 people, but unfortunately, your staff only prepared for 6. From the moment we arrived, we were not greeted warmly, and the hospitality was lacking. Despite the restaurant being busy, it was clear that the staff were not managing the workload efficiently. Many of them seemed to be pretending to be busy, avoiding eye contact, and ignoring our attempts to get their attention. I had to leave my seat to request service, even for a simple drink order that was incorrect. We were not informed about the waiting time for our food, which took around 30-45 minutes to arrive. A simple offer of water, even if chargeable, would have been appreciated. What struck me as particularly disappointing was the behavior of the server who cleared our table. Instead of removing the empty plates, he stacked them on top of each other, which seemed unprofessional and lacking in attention to detail. I spoke to my colleagues and friends about my experience, and unfortunately, many of them shared similar stories. As a result, most of us will not be returning to your restaurant. Despite the excellent food, the poor service and lack of hospitality overshadowed our dining experience. Food was excellent and we had a nice corner for our big group. Great birthday celebration for my father in law. Service was professional and ambience was great. Thank you Tarboush!

1. Grilled Meat was lacking flavour, and insufficient charred on the meat. 2. Requested my persian tea to be served after the meal. But staff came over to served me twice; before the mains arrived, and in the middle of the meal. 3. Table was not cleared after our meal when we had our after meal tea.

Food was great and they even had a saxophonist playing in the evening.
