Enjoy the precious dinner time with nice environment and delicious food.

Made the reservation three weeks in advance, got the confirmation email, but when I called the restaurant on the day of the booking, they said they didn’t receive it and were completely booked. Imagine the distress I had with 7 other people attending the dinner too. They finally found a table for us, but had to be split into two tables. Service was poor, took 45 minutes to get 2 pieces of sushi and more than an hour to get a bowl of truffle pasta. And there was no attempt for service recovery. Food was good but overall the experience was unpleasant, especially given the price point where we paid almost $100 per person.
