Lovely food, chefs were very professional. The atmosphere was welcoming.

Finally found an Omakase place that accommodates to my unique request. Food was great!! Service was even better. Was there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, he really loves his sashimi while I don’t take raw food. Not many fully cooked items in their menu so I ordered everything there was and available. Throughout the 2.5hrs dining experience, he would let me know how long more till the next cooked dish. After I was done with each cooked food, he would asked if the portion was enough and if I needed a top-up. Top notch service.

Overall nothing special, Malaysian chef doing Omakase, fish was fresh. But there’s bone in 1 of the sushi. But was replaced by the chef.

The food was nice and the service was great as well! Overall I think it’s really worth it for the $48 menu!

Overall a very pleasant omakaze experience. The ingredients were fresh and and imported from Japan, and creatively prepared with unique blends of flavours and textures that blended together well. The dining area was cozy with light music in the background. The chef was knowledgeable about his ingredients and was very friendly as well. The dining experience was worth the cost. Highly recommended.

My 1st omakase experience. Sushi Guren provided very fresh ingredients at affordable prices. My favourite was the Flounder Fin sushi; mmmm… it melted in my mouth. All the other sushis were absolutely delicious. Chef John was friendly and shared his culinary journey. Young man with a promising future. Worth a visit!
