Suki-Ya - Plaza Singapura

The staffs were veryhelpful and attentive. My group of riends simply enjoyed the hotpot session with wide variety of choice & free flow of meats. Thank you :)

Appreciate if the variety of foods increases as well as staff friendliness. Meanwhile, great if the seats availabilities are increases as well to avoid long queue and improve queuing system. x

Convenient for reservation as I do not like to make calls. suki ya is also affordable and nice. I would definitely recommend it to friends

Restaurant services is good. However, further improvement is still required. I realised that there were not enough staff to serve and clear the meat that was ordered, ended up with tables full of trays.

staffs are nice and helpful, service was good and prompt. food choice for the price i have paid for is rather reasonable but if you could add a bit more choices will be great.

Efficient service n nice food have a good time with my friends they also enjoyed the food and drinks. Will come again in the near future

Prompt service at this branch. We were seated with ease even though we were a bit earlier than the reservation time, and food was delicious and buffet was always well replenished and clean.

Service staff was helpful and polite. Food was reasonably priced. The seats available are not really suitable for large crowds. 6 of us sat in fairly cramped seats

food selections are quite limited and soup is a bit salty. Environment is good. staff are polite and friendly. will go back again and hope the soup will be better.

food ok but there shouldn't be time limit imposed. aircon was dripping so we asked to transfer to a different table and they accomodated the request. cheese tofu not always available.

Not much choices for ingredients, to be improved... But thumbs up for the service as they allow us to change soup base because the soya sauce base not suit our taste bud ;p

Good value for money. There are 6 variety of broth to choose frm. Meat such as chicken, pork n beef comes in trays while there is a buffet area where other items eg noodles, cheese balls, vegetables, different kinds of mushrooms etc. If top up $1, unlimited drinks provided. Overall, food taste is average.

The food and everything were decent. The only thing were the seats that we were seated on were in a bad shape. The leather was all torn, so it made it sort of uncomfortable.

The soup are tasty and the meats are very fresh. Restaurant are usually fully packed, would need patience to wait for the meats so order more from the start.

what more can you expect from sukiya?! great place to hang out with family and friends after a long day of work. a great dinner place with good food and service.

I've had pleasant experiences having dinner at Suki-ya Plaza Singapura. Nice quality of meat and dessert. Friendly and helpful staffs overall. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

the food variety are getting lesser, nothing much to eat after a few times. The chicken cheese balls is different from the previous ones I've eaten before, think they change the brand or something..it's not that yummy anymore. Drinks are rather tasteless, especially the peach tea.. It's very diluted

Kimichi Soup base tasted funny and disappointed that they dont have tofu. Felt thirsty after meal. But the icecream was comforting.. replenishing of items are fast.

We got our seat quickly. Service was fast. However hygiene wise was not up to standard as plates were dusty and not clean. Could be improved.
