Price is reasonable and worth it as there is free flow meat. Side selections such as vegetables are decent. May consider coming again for a simple meal.

Overall, I had a great dining experience with Sukiya as their staff are friendly and attentive. Spoilt for choice on the variety of food selection.

The ambience is good. Choice of Food acceptable. The staff should have advised us of the choice of soup bases to use as we chose 2 that actually tasted alike. Staff needs to be called for refill of soup bases instead of coming to refill when they pass by.

Service was good. Should have more variety of condiments and vegetables. Was under staff therefore refilling of soup and ordering of meat will be slower.

Great service and food, staff was attentive even during peak hours. Dining time is kept to 80 minutes, so do ensure that your entire party goes in together to maximise eating time!

it's our family and friends' favorite restaurant. good quality of meat and the service was ok. some new staff still cant explain the options well but thats ok. good variety of veggies and sauces. the music is too loud though.

Selection pretty limited but meat was fresh. Ordered some tom yam (can't remember exact flavor) soup and original base but both tasted the same. Overall still okay, comfort food!

There is a limit timing for the buffet but because there aint much crowd therefore the staff over there did not chase us away even thou our timing is up.

When we reach the restaurant, it was very packed. Nonetheless, the staff there were attentive to our orders when we got a table. The selection of food does not have a wide variety but the freshness of the meat is good. Overall a pleasant experience dining there.

Food selection was not amazing, but the staff were really helpful and proactive. Would go down there again. They should really expand on their dessert menu.

So so only. The choice of food is not much, even weekend / holiday all same. It's does not feel worthwhile, will not be recommended to the friends.

Staff member was helpful and arranged for another seat as we had more people joining. They were also friendly and quick to clear empty plates on the table.

The best outlet for suki-ya. They even have mini desserts area. Do ask for soya sauce if you need any. Worth a try if you are very hungry.

Service was not bad. But maybe the arrangement of the seat can improve? We are seated right inside and if we want to grab food we got to make everyone shift out in order to grab food

Appreciate if the variety of foods increases as well as staff friendliness. Meanwhile, great if the seats availabilities are increases as well to avoid long queue and improve queuing system. x

Service is bad. Asked if we can have an empty table away from entrance. They just said no without checking or giving alternatives. Plus the place was more than half empty then without the reservation sign on most of the table top. Wasnt informed that there was a time limit, perhaps we should have checked as well. But was taken aback when abruptly told we had 15mins to finish our food.

Convenient for reservation as I do not like to make calls. suki ya is also affordable and nice. I would definitely recommend it to friends

It was value for money! Food was fresh, with drinks and dessert included there was nothing negative to comment. An enjoyable meal with friends or family!

Restaurant services is good. However, further improvement is still required. I realised that there were not enough staff to serve and clear the meat that was ordered, ended up with tables full of trays.

Prompt service at this branch. We were seated with ease even though we were a bit earlier than the reservation time, and food was delicious and buffet was always well replenished and clean.

food ok but there shouldn't be time limit imposed. aircon was dripping so we asked to transfer to a different table and they accomodated the request. cheese tofu not always available.

Good value for money. There are 6 variety of broth to choose frm. Meat such as chicken, pork n beef comes in trays while there is a buffet area where other items eg noodles, cheese balls, vegetables, different kinds of mushrooms etc. If top up $1, unlimited drinks provided. Overall, food taste is average.
