Suki-Ya - Kallang Wave Mall

Restaurant was good. Chicken was best. Just that there was a bit rush. Valentine's meal was good. Soup was fresh. Overall was value for money, 8/10 will recommend

Good customer service by restaurant staff. Food was good too! Even though there was a 80 minutes limit but the staff were not pushy and provide courteous prompt reminders.

Excellent variety of meat and vegetables that get top up regularly. Nice dining ambience, very suitable especially for table of 4. Good service. Ample parking space. Highly recommended.

Pork taste better, chicken and beef not as fresh. Good variety of vegetables to choose from, staff is not as friendly as other outlet. Still prefer bugis+ service.

This outlet has a good Ambiance and spacious outlet recommended for family gathering. After finishing your meal you can take a stroll down the Kallang River.

So-so place and not recommended. Many rules for the ocbc promo and staff don't tell you all at once. My baby spilled her milk and staff don't help.

Was alright. But cause we have a 25% discount with safra else for the price i would prefer to crystal jade buffet. The selection isnt alot and mostly are processed balls and a few kind of vege. They dont serve water as well.

It was a pleasant experience as the food and beverages provided were rather decent and suited my particular tastes in food. However, the only saddening downside was that the menu was terribly limited. This sorrowful fact brought about tears to my eyes and I cried for days

Fresh, delicious food, tasty soups but limited choices and lack of service staff. Overall ambience could have been better. Pleasantly surprised with the the selection of cakes and ice creams as deserts

Friendly staff and efficient service but food was not great. Dipping sauces are too diluted, Taste of soup base can be further improved. Ambience is OK.

Worth to eat , meats are fresh, if serve fruits will be good. The aircon is not cold as we are eating hot pot. Overall is worth to go

For those who has been going to Sukiya @ Kallang, do note that there is a change to the menu. The drinks are no longer included.

Service is fine. However they should look into the air conditioning of the air con. It seems like the back area of the restaurant has no aircon at all. We were all complaining about it before eating, of cos not to mentioned how we felt thru while eating the steamboat. Not too sure if thats e message across to the patrons to get our ass out after eating.

aircon ventilation not ventilated. food quality is awesome. due to air con it is pretty warm. cleaniness avgerage. hw ever what you pay is what you get

Great for meat eaters, free flow of pork, chicken and beef. Queue was short even on a weekend. Service was decent but they seemed a little short handed.

Great selection of food, wonderful and timely service. I enjoyed the swift allocation of table and delectable ice cream to end the experience. Great start to the weekend!

Didn't know there is time limit for the buffet.got chased out after time expired. So turned off. Worth the price? 63 for 2 pax within 1.5hr.

They should install more air coolers as the place becomes super hot when the hotpot is on. Food range should have more. Very nice staff there.

My family sat second last row from back of the shop. Bad ventilation, very stuffy and hot, though a fan was spinning. Thus not a good environment for hot pot.

Not too bad for a first visit except that staff are no where to be seen when needed their service. Hope they can be more pro-active.

Steamboat place at a budget! Free flow chicken, beef and pork meat is the main highlight of the buffet. Other than that, it's the usual lettuce and mushrooms that goes into the soup. The noodles is particularly good too.

first time come to Kallang wave mall to eat, food is fine, it is very fresh, service is fine. The food is not much variety. but it worth every penny.

The food is decent. And the staff will subtly inform you the time limit is up by presenting you with the bill. Overall experience is good in terms of service and food.

They had my table ready per my reservation. Food is fresh. I like it that the meats come prepared in individual boxes. More hygienic this way. The restaurant at Kallang Wave Mall is pleasant and comfortable. Very conducive for a group meal. Value for money especially with the One-for-one offer.

Quite a difference from my very first visit. The variety n quality of food isn't that great. There isn't any cooked food at the buffet table anymore. I am unlikely to return. I feel Shabu Sai has better offer for about the same price.

We were there for 5 Pax but the dining area was quite cramped and it was quite hot but quality of food is still acceptable.

Soup base was nice and the raw food were promptly top up. However, due to the lack of service crews, the meats were served late. As such, I suggest to order meats in bulk if you're extremely hungry! Or, visit the fridge to take the meats (we did). Overall, was a good experience! Personally, preferred Suki-Ya over those steamboats in bugis area! Oh yes, Suki-Ya ought to ensure sufficient supply of ice-cream during buffet period since it ran out of stock pretty early! A gimmick to save cost? Decide for yourself if it's worth going!

Service was prompt and food was good as expected. However, the air-conditioning/air-circulation isn't functioning well. It was very stuffy the entire time (cause everyone is cooking) and was quite uncomfortable. I would suggest sitting closer to the entrance of the unit so it's more comfortable. This ruined the experience a little for my family and I.

Overall ambiance is nice as it's a weekday so not so much crowd. The all-you-can-eat buffet is value for money especially when you just need to add $5.90 to enjoy wagyu beef. Great place for small gathering.

1) They called to confirm my reservation which is good. The only bad thing is they informed me they can only hold my reservation for 5 minutes. Lucky for me, we were at the restaurant early. 2) Airconditioning not strong enough. Perspiring halfway while having my meal. Find it difficult to continue my meal cause feeling very warm. 3) Sesame sauce not available. How can it be?!?! Peanut sauce also very watery. Like soup. How to be a sauce. And it had been mixed with the chili sauce placed next to it, so it is now spicy.

Was really crowded and hot. If it was cooler, it would be better.

Food is of reasonable quality. Some vegetables were a little dirty, but you're going to have to cook it anyway. You have to bring the bowls and plates from your table to take the food from the counter. Plates and bowls on your table are wet. Not enough tongs at the counter to take the food. 2 tongs for the whole stretch. Service is great. Staff are polite and will get you what you request for promptly. It's just very busy. Hard to find staff sometimes as they're busy running up and down to replenish items running out.

Service was good, except with one Chinese cashier who was not friendly. Food was not excellent, there was strand of hair found in the green vegetable. Air-conditioning can be better, it was warm, not comfortable.

Sufficient seats to host company team lunch for 30 pax. Friendly staffs, a variety of food choices but prefer to have more desert options for lunch.

Service abit slow. Slow in top up food and serve the customer.Better to have more manpower during the weekend, seems like understaff. And staffs need to knw the updated promotion such as SAFRA card promo. They are unsure and need us to show them the link.

General Service was prompt & good. Possibly can increase items variety as for the current variety offered, pricing wise is considered slightly steep for dining purposes.
