红烧肉 was really good and the roast duck is worth the price. The Hunan dishes lacked spice and flavor though, taste should be heavier.

I made a reservation two weeks i advance for a friend's birthday for 10 pax. They only called on the day itself to inform me that they do not have a room for us but they will combine a two round table at the dining area. We ordered a pekking duck which was more like a fat duck with oily skin. meat used to boil the duck soup was bland. We also ordered the most popular mala fish and it was bland too. Overall, we didn't have a good dinning experience.

Overall is fine for the overall restaurant design and lightings. The food is served reasonably timing. The highly-anticipated Peking duck arrived with much fanfare. Presented beautifully with their performance the dish was accompanied by thin pancakes, sauce, and an array of fresh scallions. We followed the traditional preparation method, assembling the pancakes with slices of duck and garnishing them with the appropriate condiments. Unfortunately, while the presentation was enticing, the taste of the duck fell short of expectations. The skin, which should ideally be crispy and bursting with flavor, was rather ordinary. While it possessed the right texture, it lacked the depth of flavor typically associated with a well-executed Peking duck. The meat, while tender, also didn’t carry the rich seasoning I had hoped for—resulting in an overall experience that felt more average than exceptional.
