Spruce at Fire Station

The staff was super pleasant and extremely good with kids. Food is great with fresh ingredients and big portions. Very refreshing and family friendly place.

Food was alright, however conversation was not easy due to the in-house live performance.

Was here for weekend brunch. Had the brunch with waffles. Pulled pork benny was good. Staff are also friendly. The place was generally quiet, probably due to the rainy weather. The place is somewhat inaccessible especially when raining. Overall, it was a good place to have brunch on a weekend.

Previously a firestation, obviously, we love the ambience of this location. It has this vintage vibe yet modern. A little inaccessible though. Prata place is nearby too.

nice place and the food portion was quite huge. The serving staff were also very attentive, refilling the water very quickly and attending to our request.

Nice place to chill out. Food is nice. But the sound system could be better so that guests sitting near to the kitchen side can enjoy the live band singing.

Very attentive staffs and felt like we known them for years! Food were excellent as usual! The kids loved the fries and we love our beef short ribs and sirloins!

Staff was friendly and the service are fast despite having to serve so many customer. There was Singers to make the whole ambience a level up

Great food with generous portions. The sandwich nancho, chicken wings and baby ribs are some of the better ones we ever tried. Will come again.

I supposed there were too many diners in the restaurant. Attention to us was not good. We had to wait and try to get the server's attention.

Food was good (and plentiful). Staff were attentive and friendly and the costs was great. Outdoor smoking was awful since we had chosen an outdoor table and had to smell cigarette smoke through our meal. If not for the smoking would have given it a 6

Food quality and portion was not up to expectation. Standard seems to have dropped since my previous visit a year ago. I would reconsider coming back again.

Children friendly. Good service! A good escape from the hussle of the city where it gets so crowded. Great brunch place for adults and kids.

Good service, good food! We went on a weekday, food was well prepared, generous portion. Live band was a bit loud in the background though, making it slightly hard to chat with friends. But overall, a very nice place to chill. Will visit again!

Fast service and good food! Enjoyed the chocolate lava cake thoroughly. Value for money and great atmosphere for drinks, food, dessert and company. Will definitely come again

The ambience and food was good. Yet there’s room for improvement for the staffs.. As we ordered steak that expected it to be Medium cooked, but it seemed like Medium Well cooked to us Hence we requested for what we’ve ordered, which was Medium cooked. Unfortunately, I think it was manager who tried to deny and wanted us to accept that plate of steak instead.. Long in short, we managed to get another plate of medium cooked steak but the manager denied the fact that the steak was over cooked and instead, he suggested us to order Medium Rare steak the next round when we order steak again.. which I think, it was kinda rude (may be improved)

Quiet location. Nice ambience. Tasty food. Helpful waiters. Affordable menu. Live band (i went on a friday). Easy to get there with public transport, just need to walk alittle further from the bus stop.

Good food and service, though slightly diminished by staff who tried to justify every feedback. Sometimes it’s good to just say thank you for your feedback. It’s making people feel valued that’s more important than who’s right or wrong. Music slightly loud and muffled. Hard to talk.

Nice environment to chill with big group of friends. Good service and food. Free parking and there’s even a bouncy castle for kids to play!

Repeat visitor.. I come here once a week at least. The food and the service is consistent. Love their happy hour for wine. It will be nice if they had an happy hour pricing for food as well.

Service there was surprisingly good, and might even be better that those experienced in similar dining establishments in town. The servers left us with a good impression and as a result enhanced the dining experience.

Relatively nice ambiance, food is nice as well. Service is quite good as well. But it will be nicer if the environment is slightly quieter so that it is easier to talk.

Great ambient except for kids running around and shouting. Also caught the manager being a pervert staring into the shirt of girls. Initially was wondering what was he staring of, but realize it's about the girl.

It was a little hard to get the attention of staff during dinner. Food was decent, but lemonade and chocolate cake were slightly too sweet.

The food was excellent. Location and ambience was perfect. Service was friendly, fun and attentive. And if you wanted to bring your pet, you could sit outside. Parking was plentiful and free - what else can you ask for?

Trying to find a staff is like looking for a needle in the haystack. And there are so many people smoking around Me even though I requested for a non smoking area

Quality of food and service was really good. Kids menu was good as well. Nice brunch place. You can start with a walk in Bukit Batok park and end the morning here.

It is overpriced for what you get. I bought hot wings and a burger. Neither stand out. Service isn't great either, and live music was poor. It's a pity because spruce was much better when I came years ago.

Nice cool night with good friends and great food. We always enjoy going to the Spruce. I especially like their nachos - lots of a avocado!

Food is average. Location is average, the view is on the road or on the parking. Service was not so pleasant. What is nice is to use back this heritage building but the place could be arranged better.

Great and attentive service. Love the ambience. Was also pleasantly surprised that they have arranged a brownie and even sang a birthday song for my daughter.

Food was great. Stylish setting. Unfortunately, there was a group of out of control children running through the restaurant. The parents should have controlled them and the management should not have allowed it. In every other way the experience was very good.

The steak was one of the better steaks I've had. The chocolate lava cake was also excellent. Fries and sautéed mushrooms were unremarkable. Ambience is relaxed but got a bit noisy when there were more guests. Overall a good balance of good food and atmosphere.

Sweet potato sticks were the bomb. Food aside, the staff were really friendly and responsive. Caveat emptor, though: they don't serve the brunch menu on weekdays.

Great for kids! There's a bouncy castle outside and a kids menu. I like the thick-cut fries which came with the burger, my toddler liked it (despite the paprika powder on it).

People were friendly, service was fast and the atmosphere was good. First time there and the food recommendation was excellent. Music not bad depending on where you are sitting. I will go there again.

Great live music, good ambience. Tried the truffle fries, three cheese macaroni and foie gras (latter two were excellent, the fries are matter of preference). All-in-all a relaxing fun experience, would return again

The excellent service by a restaurant located in a nice location was the key success factor. There is a live entertainment in the evening to perfect the experience there.

The staff were really friendly and nice.. The ambience is nice for chilling and is also suitable for couples to chill together with some finger foods. Kinda pricey for food but they have good ambience and good selections from beer to wine.

The staffs there were super friendly, accommodating and entertaining. Asked for a change of table as the pillar was blocking our view from the stage.

It is great to have such a big restaurant in the West with superb service and live band. Was there on Tuesday evening with wife and 2 kids. We were promptly greeted at the entrance and show to our table. Entertained by the live performance while waiting for food, which did not take long to serve. The young ones enjoyed eating Mister Macaroni from the Kids' menu.

Feel so satisfy for their food. The environment there are quite nice and comfortable, ambient space and kids friendly, worker are polite and helpful. Good.

The place had a superb team of staff! With everyone being so friendly and awesome!!! Really worth the money to visit their place because of their friendliness and service!
