Since its establishment in 2006, The Song of India has been stunning locals with its sophisticated modern Indian cuisine. Located inside of a classic bungalow, this Newton Indian restaurant transports diners to a different place and time. With beautiful chandeliers, elegant furnishings and white columns throughout, the restaurant feels fit for royalty. Singapore’s The Song of India on Scotts Road also includes VIP rooms where diners can dine privately in a space closed off from the rest of the restaurant.
Master chef Manjunath Mural prides himself on quality in his kitchen, utilising only the freshest produce and the finest ingredients in the contemporary Indian specialities he and his crew create. Signature dishes at The Song of India in Singapore’s Newton include the star spiced foie gras, the nalli gosht (lamb shanks in a Lucknavi and herb jus), and the lobster molley (pan-seared lobsters in a lemon and chilli marinade).
