Brisket is good. Ribs a bit tender for me but good. Chicken wings look awesome, will try next time. Speedy service and cold beer. Thumbs up

Nice quaint restaurant in a quiet neighbourhood. There were many different options for sauces (including some spicy sauces) which was awesome! St Louis pork ribs was meaty and delicious.

Great ribs. I won't say value-for-money but the meat did fall off the bone nicely and melted in my mouth. Service was quick and ambience was relaxed and chill.

this is our second time visited this place. it's a wonderful place.. my friends and myself enjoyed very much.. the food is fantastic.. especially the ribs..

This is a friendly neighbourhood joint for hearty fare, portions are big. Was informed there is no Happy Hours although it was stated in their website.

The prices seemed to have gone up since my last visit but lovely food - service is good too. It's a great spot to sit out and enjoy Joo Chiat ambiance and experience al fresco dining. The beer is super - had the Brooklyn lager and the Connors stout. Also shared a bottle of Spanish red which was very reasonably priced at $51. Two of us shared the huge beef short rib ($46) and chicken wings ($12) while another had the Monster burger with beef chilli ($33). A really pleasant way to spend a Sunday evening.

Food and service was really good. Come before 7pm for discount on beers. Total for 2 mains, half a dozen wings, 2 jugs and 4 pints was about $200.

Good food, nice and quiet environment. Wait staff had been helpful though one of them looked like she was not in a very good mood that day.

Baby Back ribs is a must have! The hand cut fries goes along really well with the mains. Good choices of drinks too!

Love the BBQ ribs. It is so soft n juicy. My mum and in law really enjoys. Will definitely go to have our meal there again

We enjoyed the vibes at this cool place, chilling at the outside seating. Good selection of craft beers, hearty food that tasted good and friendly service. Ordering over an ipad is, as usual, annoying. Would be good to have old school waiters taking an order...

Food wasn't as smoky as before and the 2 ladies staff working there weren't very friendly or helpful. Their overall attitude were below par making the overall experience unpleasant.

My friends and I reserved a table for 6. However, for some reason it was shown in their system or the booking didn't go through. Nonetheless, the team was very accommodating & assisted us immediately. Food was absolutely delicious!

It was a nice dining experience. Food was delicious and service was prompt and friendly. The only thing was the fish and chips could have been better.

Always a great time at Smokeys! Epic extra spicy wings are a must. Definitely upsize your main and make it a combo to fully experience the different types of smoked ribs/ brisket! Hits the spot and portions are huge!

After 90 minutes and still no food, we decided to leave. We asked 3 or 4 times what was going on after seeing people who had arrived after us getting their food. Kept being told that the kitchen was busy. In the end it was because our order had been lost. The whole thing was handled really badly.

Good location, good ambience, good service, good food, good wine. Ample parking spaces around the restaurant. A bit pricey though, otherwise a very good dining experience.

Peaceful sunday lunch at Smokey's. 1 child dine free with 1 main meal before 3 pm. If you are into American style eating place, this place is for you.

Good food, fun atmosphere. Service was decent - well meaning and nice. The smoked fish is always delicious and the ribs fall off the bone, so can't complain about that!

The ribs were great! I preferred the beef shortribs btu the Saint Louis was great too. The service wasn't that attentive. And they were out of the house wine. If you're out of the house wine, shouldn't you serve the next available as house wine? That would certainly be the case in the London or New York!

The food was incredible! We had the baby back ribs, the St Louis ribs and the Brisket.., the St Louis was cooked to s "fall off the bone" standard and the brisket just melted in my mouth! Washed it all down with an awesome Archipelago beer. Service was great and friendly as well. My folks were very happy with the place and left with the intention to come back again for more!

Good food, cosy atmosphere. Service was efficient and the food was served in reasonable time. We expected our buffalo wings to be bigger though. Thankfully, parking wasnt an issue today.

on line reservation 30 min prior was not received in restaurant so the (drinking) table we got was not great to eat from. Food as always was nice and as you would expect

It is here that you will be able to find the true american bbq (ribs, pulled porc, brisket, buffalo wings, etc.). On the sides they are missing out on a fundamental: mac n' cheese.. not even sweet potato fries (which are also a personal favorite).. Nevertheless, it's worth it. Service is totally not up to US standard as stated in their website.. We had to bother to ask for them to take our order.. Tables were not very clean.. Which is always a "no no". We didn't get any of our ordered drinks refilled.. I guess they're leaning on the food, hope that lasts.

Great food as usual but service was hit or miss. Not filling up glasses with water on time or for the entire table. Had requested the wings to be done a certain way and the wait staff missed it but promptly corrected when we pointed this out

Great food. Relaxed atmosphere. Good service - best to go early rather than at peak times as when it gets too busy the service can be quite slow.

Not great, not terrible. Good enough though prices are a little steep. Not for the feint hearted - the portions could cause early onset heart disease!

A pleasant neighbourhood spot for chilling out with friends or family. They have created a good forumula with nice smoky flavours for their meats, served with coleslaw and chips or salad.

The server forgot to place the order for my kids meals. they served the adults first and by the time the kids food arrived the adult meals were cold. there was no apology or even an admission of their mistake. very bad experience.

Food is great and they do give you American portion sizes so from that aspect it was a great experience. However, service is terrible! Just really bad - not attentive, no empathy like you ordered ribs with fries and coleslaw so you might need utensils and napkins, or ice water... never checking on the table if everything is alright although we did end up paying $400. Nothing, service is just horrible.
