Wednesday and Sunday: Singapore Good Ol’ Days offers a taste of local signatures such as Satay, Bak Kut Teh, Char Kway Teow and Singapore Black Pepper Crab for a glimpse of Singapore’s hawker culture from the good old days.

Thursday: Tropical Night entices with a touch of fresh, fruity, zesty flavours to the buffet selections.

Friday and Saturday: Seafood Sensation is the ultimate indulgence for flavours of the sea with premium seafood cooked in various styles. Fun times await little ones on Seafood Sensation nights as activities such as magic performances, balloon sculpting, do-it-yourself mocktail making and cupcake decorating are available for additional fun.

For one night only, enjoy a selection of local hawker dishes such as oyster omelette, Satay, Char Kway Teow, Pisang Goreng (banana fritters) and curry puff with Teh Tarik (pulled tea) prepared on-the-spot by our chefs at live stations, in addition to the restaurant’s popular international spread.

Other classic Singaporean dishes available include Singapore Rojak, Chilli Crab, Laksa and Bak Chor Mee (minced pork noodles) as well as desserts with a local twist such as durian cream puffs, Chendol pudding, pandan kaya cake and Cheng Tng.

Amp up the celebrations for the entire month from 1 to 31 August with a specially created cocktail, the Singlish Kopi (SGD18++), an elevated version of classic local coffee with condensed milk infused with dark rum and Kahlua, topped with rich whipped cream.

For a complete family experience, children will also enjoy special activities such as magic performances, face painting with a National Day theme and a goodie bag to take home.
