Fun and whimsical especially if you like conveyor belt restaurants.

good variety and interesting concept to have the ingredients on conveyor belt. however hygiene part can be improved further - can see some flies aroung.

cheap and good as usual. have been a frequent patron of this place.

We spend about 2 hours for us 6 adults and 2 kids. The food are nice and tasty. Price also reasonable. But the seat were too small. Maximum can take 6 paxs. The kids got no space to accomodate. We need to take turn to eat. One more to added. The open parking space next it were alway full. I parked the building next to it. But got to pay about $7.

Food, service and place is nice. Will go there again.

Not bad, though quite expensive if one can really eat. Two prices for the stick, either $1 or $3. Personally I felt that order the meat in plate will be good as pork is $8/plate and beef is $10/plate and considered a good portion for two person to share. Their lean pork is nicer than the beef! Haha. Also, the duck meat & pork stomach (in stick) are good too! Fish balls are exp. $3/stick per stick. Best thing is the herbal soup and tomato soup! Each pot is $5 and we hv our own individual pot of soup! More hygiene hahaha. Recommended!

Used to be my go-to hotpot place, but ever since they started charging for using chopsticks (you need to screw on the bottom of the chopstick - which comes in a separate pack) I've not been back. You can ask to have regular chopsticks - which I didn't know was possible until I complained - it wasn't made known to me by the skeletal service staff.

It’s a good place to have steamboat. Not crowded and you get a pot each!

Used to be better. Been there many times but recently they limit the Fave promo to certain timings only, which is understood, but also a bummer. They also always give different excuses on my last two visits on why they cannot accept FavePay... and only take cash or Nets. Will think twice about going back now...

Love the place... nice soups and good variety of skewers... repeated visits already... like the crayfish and abalone slices... hope they have it avail more often...

Although it may appear small, there is an extended dining space upstairs which can be used for reservations. Good selection of antipasto, fried calamari, starters. Meat and pasta dishes are generally great.

The soup is very good and flavorful but is rather pricy for each stick of food. Good variety of selection but will be better if the food is kept at a colder environment.

It was my second time @ Steamov and it was very nice atmosphere to eat with your friend(s). Most importantly you can have your own pot and eat as you wish.

Instructions wasn’t clearly shown. They charged the big sticks for $3 and small one for $1, where they wrote $1/skewer. In the end, the whole steamboat was a bomb price. Wouldn’t go back again.

Food was clean and very affordable! Only thing is that the washrooms should be more better well maintained; it was dark, there's only one cubicle and there's no lock at all.

Individual pot with a wide variety of soup bases and ingredients to choose from. My favourite is their herbal duck soup! Ingredients are charge by the number of sticks you take, value for money!

Always a satisfying meal at Steamov. Soup base is good and flavoursome, variety is good (but freshness can be better). Price range is afforable and acceptable too!

reasonable priced for the portion but service crew seems not available when you need them. Some of the ingredients does not look fresh but the soup base is good.

Nothing to shout about. But the food is cheap with most of it at only $1 a stick. Meat and seafood will cost you more. Overall worth the money if is on promotion.

Food is so so. Most of the stuff are rather cheap, expect to pay more for premium like beef and seafood. Worth it only with promotion.

Nice soups. Interesting concept. You get your own small pot of soup and get grab watever ingredients you like off the conveyor belt. Some items are expensive though.

There was a fair variety of food. The cleanliness of the place / food was okay. The staff were polite and friendly. The seats were a little squeezy though.

The hot pot items are placed in skewers which would be served around in a conveyor belt. All in all, Steamov is one location I would recommend.

The food is quite good and is reasonably priced and I would return next time. I would also recommend my friends to this place to try.

it will be better if it is more hygienic... i see customer poking on the ingredient that pass by their table

i suggest that the seatings can space out by a bit & can better improve the sound systems :)

Very good for 1 to 4 person, each person can have individual pot of your choice of soup

The mist machine was spoilt and many small flies can be seen standing on some of the food items. Told the server and he just shrugged his shoulder and go off. Ordered for a plate of beef and never came despite less than 30% of the bottom floor seating occupied. Had to order it again towards end of the meal because my company and I decided to have something without the flies already standing on. Other than that worth mentioning is the deduction of members loyalty point cannot be used if vouchers from fave is used for the meal though point accumulation is still possible. Please note that payment methods are only cash and/or nets. Had been there for many times previously already and will continue to visit (hopefully the most machine can be fixed soon.

Soup base was nice. Experience was good. It is nearer to Outram Park mrt. Few mins walk from Outram mrt. Cheaper version of hai di lao.

Didn’t felt anything special except for the ‘conveyor belt ingredients’ concept which is definitely one of a kind in its own Soup base was really good but all in all for the waiting time and freshness in some of the ingredients I’d say it’s just a regular steamboat restaurant to me
