There was a fair variety of food. The cleanliness of the place / food was okay. The staff were polite and friendly. The seats were a little squeezy though.

The hot pot items are placed in skewers which would be served around in a conveyor belt. All in all, Steamov is one location I would recommend.

The food is quite good and is reasonably priced and I would return next time. I would also recommend my friends to this place to try.

i suggest that the seatings can space out by a bit & can better improve the sound systems :)

Very good for 1 to 4 person, each person can have individual pot of your choice of soup

The mist machine was spoilt and many small flies can be seen standing on some of the food items. Told the server and he just shrugged his shoulder and go off. Ordered for a plate of beef and never came despite less than 30% of the bottom floor seating occupied. Had to order it again towards end of the meal because my company and I decided to have something without the flies already standing on. Other than that worth mentioning is the deduction of members loyalty point cannot be used if vouchers from fave is used for the meal though point accumulation is still possible. Please note that payment methods are only cash and/or nets. Had been there for many times previously already and will continue to visit (hopefully the most machine can be fixed soon.

Soup base was nice. Experience was good. It is nearer to Outram Park mrt. Few mins walk from Outram mrt. Cheaper version of hai di lao.

Didn’t felt anything special except for the ‘conveyor belt ingredients’ concept which is definitely one of a kind in its own Soup base was really good but all in all for the waiting time and freshness in some of the ingredients I’d say it’s just a regular steamboat restaurant to me

Fun experience but food and soup base wasn't the best. Could be better. Service was great too but they forgot my drinks order and it never came in the end.

Wide selection of food and soupbase at reasonable price. New experience. Perhaps there are not many customers on Sunday noon, some food are still frozen. Would try again probably during dinner time.

The concept is quite interesting of having a conveyor belt sending different items for your personal hot pot. You can pick what you like to eat. Price is reasonable but the taste of the soup is nice at first but towards the end i felt very thirsty probably due to the much MSG.

Food is slightly above average but service needs improvement . We had difficulty initially with the offer , not knowing what was included and the staff wasn’t patient in explaining

Though was alittle expensive at $20-$30 a plate(can be shared by 4 pax and we ordered 5plated, overkilled lol) the meat texture and taste was so fabulous and totally worth it!

Great and affordable pricing. However the toilet door cant be closed. Really like the whole conveyor belt concept in a hot pot restaurant and there were many choices.

Noveau idea of conveyor belt ingredients, for diners to pick what they fancy. But I ate and wondered how can the cold mist-vapour outlet really keep the food fresh as my hotpot was boiling and hot steam was feeding to the belt more intensely than the cooling mist.

Spent $30 per pax and was full to the brim. Would have cost lesser as they usually do not charge 15% service and gst charge unless during Cny.

Meats are excellent, will recommend getting at least a plate (share with 2 people). Food on the conveyor belt is decent, although some of them (carrots, yam) may not be very value-for-money.

The smart offer is a very good deal. Each person gets $17 worth of food which is more then enough. The restaurant is clean and tidy with a nice ambiance.

Good place for a late dinner. Tried the spicy fragrant and mushroom black chicken soup. Would recommend the latter. A good range of ingredients which are very reasonably priced. I especially like the spinach and various cheesy balls on offer. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Craving for steamboat on a wet Sunday, so came back here again to try what's the Smart Offer menu. The crayfish and scallops are fresh and firm - a nice change for me from meats :) I'd recommend Steamov over similarly priced hotpot meals ($15-$30) as their food quality is good. Go try it!

A fresh twist to Chinese steamboat for sure, marrying conveyor style food presentation with individualised hotpot :) The serving of frozen shabu beef was generous, enough for a meal on its own if they had steam rice on the menu. I had the meat with their tangy tomato soup, which was very enjoyable. Items from the conveyor are mostly skewered, making it easy to dip them into your pot for cooking; and for accounting of what you'd consumed. Overall a nice experience -- definitely worth a visit to check it out. Expected damage per person: $15 or more. (Wish they have a buffet option!)
