There are plenty of opportunities for you to indulge in the signature dishes that have won the restaurant a regular following, such as the eggs benedict and caviar for brunch, served with hollandaise sauce made from scratch and premium prosciutto Parma, and the crispy, seared Atlantic sea bass with asparagus and freshly made seafood fricassee. Other highlights include the juicy London-style broiled beef flank with root vegetables, a red wine jus and creamy potato puree, shredded ocean crab pasta with a lobster bisque sauce, and the succulent Nagano pork rack on a ‘never enough’ bed of braised cabbage and pancetta.
When it comes to drinks, the strawberry Earl Grey tea is one of Roots Kitchen Bar’s most popular beverages and always refreshing, while hop heads give the thumbs up to the restaurant’s draught beers, the perfect way to cool down on a hot day in the hubbub of Little India. For a decadent finish, the cacao mousse served with blackcurrant granita and berries is a must-try. Good food and cozy ambience. Hidden gem in Little India!
Very nice cozy restaurant with much better food than we had expected. Service was also excellent. We especially enjoyed classic menu choices like mushroom soup, done to perfection.
Amazing food and service. I loved everything about that quaint hidden joint. Perfect place to rewind and indulge. I highly recommend the soups and duck truffle pasta!
