Great place to be always. Forgot how many times we went there but good.

Nice and good. Will go again. Must try the soup

The soup was too salty to drink much. A pale shadow of what the eatery used to be. Was disappointed.

The are plenty of seating place, but foods are so so.

The BKT was very nice and affordable. Would like to recommend the place.

Soup was good! But meat too tough :( service was bad too. When we walked in the service staff didn’t care about us until we approached them. Had to raise my hand/call for very long before they help to refill the soup. There were less than 5 tables at that time.

came back again to try the higher priced rib cut but was sorely disappointed :( Meat wasn't as tender and had too much fat for my liking. Ok pepperish soup though.

Expected better bak kut teh here, but the soup and ribs just failed to make par! Soup wasn't peppery enough and lack oomph. Meat was of odd cuts rather than choice; and tough in texture, not fall off the bone tenderness :( To be fair, the bkt here is not much different from most of the other branded ones... so no hurry to revisit!

Amazing food. It’s a great place to eat and hang out with friends and family. I would definitely come back again. Good pork ribs soup.

Need to have transport to go there for dinning.Normal coffee shop setup with some store selling fish ball noodles n nasi lemak.Food so so and expensive.

authentic Bak kuh teh with lots of variety of food

Other than Bak Kut Teh, there are a good variety of others. Good service with frequent soup top up without needing to ask for it. Free parking during weekend too.

Have been visiting Rong Cheng whenever I crave for Bak Kut Teh. The soup base is not too peppery, and they offer more variety of dishes in their menu.

Easy to look for parking. Good choice and variety, even has set meals. Soup a bit bland and meat a bit too soft but otherwise good. Many modes of payment also.

Rustic, old charm Bak Ku Tea. An undiscovered gem with old heritage but yet not well mentioned. Good good and good environment

Overall didn't disappoint as they have very wide selections of dishes for bak ku tea lovers. Spacious as well.

Taste of the food was so-so. Service was ok. You would have to request for adding of hot soups or additional bowl of soups. The staff do not go around and ask if you want to add more soup, which other bak kut teh stores usually do.

Great and nice food, the place is now newly renovated too. Have more choices of other food variety as well as there are now few more stalls.

Post renovation the restaurant is a cozy well serviced dining place for a family dinner. The signature bak kut teh was satisfying but the soup was a tad salty.

Reasonable price with a good portion. The Radish Pickle Fried Egg is a bit oily, the Bak Kut Teh soup is mild enough to my personal liking.

I am a returning customer, regularly patronizing this restaurant whenever I crave for Bak Kut Teh. The setting reminds me of the good old days, and they offer the traditional tea kettle for us to brew the tea leaves. Their food is delicious, not too salty, and lots of variety.

Restaurant in commercial complex. Restaurant spacious, not crowded at the time I visited. Very frequent soup top up without needing to ask. Lots of parking lots and free.

Not as good as before anymore...... but still can visit if you don't really have very high standards. The place still give you the true feeling of Old School for Bak Kut Teh.

The foods are overall good. It was full house with limited manpower for serving. The service slow and staff easily forget request due to overwhelming orders. However this is understandable as they were extremely busy yet still maintain good attitude and polite. I would love to go back again.

Not bad , but the soup was a bit too peppery. Wish there are more bak kut also .... worth a try one more time

The atmosphere is great and has nearby carpark. The choice of food is lovely. The portions are very adequate meal. The cooking of every element was impeccable, and the price was very reasonable. Our favorite restaurant in our area.

Been quite a long while since I last visited this place.. Redeem voucher for set of 2. The pig trotters was nice and tender.. However the finds the pork alright.

Good food, good location. Service is of good standard. I often visit the place and have always enjoyed it. I will recommend all to at least go for a try.

Very fast service. But ribs is not tender though the soup is good. The prawn Roll is tasty but a little too oily. . .

Service was not really fantastic.. Waiter who took the order was not attentive and ordered wrongly. Food quality was fine though. Convenient parking is a plus for it.
