The environment is quite good, feel natural, suitable for gathering. Food got quite a number of variety, and quality is not bad. Just that a bit costly for the food. Overall still statisfy.

Setup was cool and family friendly. Food selection was quite poor and expensive. We ended up eating omakase burger and don’t think we will be back

No crowd on a weekday evening. Everything was pretty much self service but there were staffs standing around to assist. Good Omakase burger and truffle fries. Nice and clean seating area.

Nice ambiance and good food. Lunch set meals were value for money. Self ordering kiosk maybe a bit confusing for a first timer. Overall recommended.

Nice place for children. Food is ok, I had the Butadon from the Japanese stall which was ok but not great. My husband had a burger and truffle fries from Omakase burger. The burger was rare so he returned it and they made a new one for him and the truffle fries were very tasty. Some of the tables near plants have insects crawling on them

Not much food variety, overprice and over rated. It seems that the waitress is chasing customer away whenever empty plates is seen. Not for those doen't want to spend much.

Beautiful decor. Novel way to order and pay. Good selection of cuisines but each stall didn't have a lot of options on their menus. Food is alright but price is a bit high. Overall a nice place to hang out with friends for casual special occasions.

Tech-smart, self service features reduce the queue. Open concept with gorgeous garden decor encourages social interactions. Multi-cuisine offerings with creative twists to choose from and they are not bad. Great for group gatherings!

A good experience at Picnic with a really nice garden set up. There is good choices of Asian and western food stalls too, and a rapid service.

Picnic has a cosy and chill ambience, perfect for a night out with friends and family. Picnic also offers different cuisine options, and even 'entertainment' like a foosball table!

Nice environment to dine. There was a football table (free) and arcade video games (payable). It wasn't crowded when we were there so service was pretty fast. Hope to see more variety of food . The omakse burger was a bit disappointing as the staff didn't even asked how I wanted the burger to be done and the burger was a tad dry withiut any juice . Their branch at turf city was better.

The food was pretty good, and it was an interesting concept. However, the check-out machine was not as idiot-proof as I had imagined it to be (something like the ones I see in Norway / Sweden.) We had fun nonetheless!

We booked a table, but ended up going to another restaurant. Got really impressed with the number of restaurants on offer there, but in fact during CHINESE NY only 3 were open. We were very disappointed. And didn’t stay. It would be very helpful to mention this on their website that due to celebrations not all is available

Main food variety is quite limited. We didn’t know about the Set lunch so ended ordering alacarte as no one told us. Only later we ourselves found out about it & cancel & reorder. Atmosphere still ok

Generally pleasant, with comfortable seating arrangement provided as the tables are well spaced. Probably needs a bigger variety of food and perhaps some background music.

Nice ambience, food portion is slightly small but affordable. It's a good place to hideaway from the crowd while getting lunch if you're in the area.

Limited Variety of Food. Mainly Western Food at the food trucks. Prices are similar to restaurant prices. Expected damage: minimum $20/pax. It's an instagram-worthy place. Go during off peak hours and there will be many seats to choose from.

Nice decor, atmosphere and child-friendly! Each diner has own dongle to order food and pay individually. Food quality is good too. We had Omakase Burger, Taiwanese food, Korean food. Personally, I felt the Korean food not so authentic. Would be even better if there is more food varieties.

The place is extremely beautiful, and is divided into different areas which have different themes. There is also a foosball table and some arcade games. The food was amazing- we ordered Cheese Fries, Onion Rings, Margherita Pizza and a Nutella Crepe with Gelato. It was cooked to perfection, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back.

The atmosphere and decor was excellent. The ordering system made it easy to pay and to order. Perhaps it would be better to put up some signs informing customers that the drinks are to be collected at the drinks station and not the store from which the purchase was made

Hip and Happening self-service restaurant in the heart of Orchard Road. The butadon bowl I ordered was good, but a little pricey. Give the desserts a miss.

Lovely place for a meal or to just chill and take pictures because every corner is a picture-perfect spot! The staff are really prompt and friendly as well. Would've been better if there were more variety of food but it's pretty sufficient as of now!

A hip mix concept self serve eating place not unlike Marche, with high prices to match. Expect per person wallet damage of $20 or more for a simple meal of mains and drink. I had the butayaki don with miso soup from the Japanese stall. Large tender pieces of grilled marinated pork was the draw; but with 30% of fat included - yes, pieces without meat! - it quickly became less enjoyable. Orchard Road isn't lacking in affordable dining venues, so I wouldn't be back at Picnic any time soon.
