Second time here. Came on a Friday night, it wasn't too crowded yet. Service was alright. We ordered a 12-inch pizza and 2 pastas to share among 3 people. Didn't enjoy the food as much as I did before. Not that it was bad, just not memorable. Still worth coming back to, because their prices are pretty affordable.

Stick to pizza dishes, pastas out.. Overall service was good.

Very good experience. Love their thin crust pizza. Zion branch is nice and calm... Away from bustle of the mall. I prefer their stand alone restaurant.

Food is great but can be quite noisy at times. We loved the pizzas and the Alio Olio is fantastic. Consistent standard throughout all the outlets too.

Food is consistently good but the service was a little lackluster. Asked for my order to be taken at least 3 times and for water at least 4.

Busy, boisterous, buzzing! Great night out with the family! The pizza was a little sloppy for my liking but was good. The pastas and starters hit all the right notes. Will be back soon!

Ordered a 21 inch pizza with two different flavors. The waitress forgot to add the additional egg but she was really very kind and have good service to make up for it.

Come with a group of friends and order the xxl pizza!

Ambience is extremely lively. Xxl pizza is great for sharing!

Food was decent. Portions are huge - we ordered pastas. Try to ask for a seat further away from the door. The open bar causes the airconditioning to escape so it's rather hot where we were.

The food was good. However the restaurant wasn't very air conditioned, me and my friends suspected that they did not switch it on. It was rather humid which affected our experience. The crust of the pizza were burned, not all the crust but certain parts. Try the salmone pizza! 😋

The food is nice and good value for money. However, the restaurant is a little warm and seats are cramp. Other than that it is a nice place for group dinner.

Sandra was very helpful and hospitable. Seeing that I was pregnant, she offered my husband and I a comfortable seat where it was cooler and more spacious. She also made the effort to check back occasionally to see how we were doing. Definitely coming back :)

Pizzas were good, as were the wings. Had the seafood pasta which was a little lack lustre and the capellini overdone. One thing which could really have done with some improvement was the Aircon. Perhaps it was no match for the sweltering heat outside. The restaurant itself was stuffy.

Nice ambience, good service and good food! I love the Carbonara there. It taste so good as compared to other restaurants I have been to. A nice place for family with kids too.

Although the shop was really crowded, they tried their best to attend to us within their means and I appreciate it. Celebrated my friend's birthday there and they even lit the candles before bringing the cake out, and sang a song for him. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Service speed was moderate. They did get my order wrong as I had asked for extra toppings but the pizza did not come with it. Staff did apologize though.

The food was good, my group ordered the XXL pizza and the Capellini Carbonara and Linguine Vongole. However staff could do with a little better customer service.

Good experience with both the booking and the restaurant. Will be back again. With the booking I was able to avoid the Long queue outside

Great pizzas and such fun for the little ones with the massive 21 inch version! Can be a little hectic when busy in the restaurant.

The pasta - ordered spaghetti bolognese and noted that the sauce was abit watery. The quality is of a lower grade from the Binjai Park outlet. Perhaps more can be done to maintain the quality across all outlets.

Excellent service and great food. Love the eggplant parmigiana . The large pizza is GIANT! Definitely would return again when looking for wood over pizza in Singapore.

The food was delicious especially the Vongole. It was savoury with the right tinge of sweetness. The pasta was springy! Only the place was tad noisy but definitely a great place for friends and family.

Was Mother's Day and incredibly crowded. They would do better to hire more staff for the number of tables they had. Food was great but perhaps due to the crowd they kept getting the neighbouring orders to our table by mistake. They mistook our 2-flavour pizza for 2 separate pizza so they ended up giving us one (the smaller one) for free. Service definitely would be improved by supplementing manpower. Staff was visibly stressed but continued doing their best.

nice place but a few times shorthanded , ladies restrooms needs a clean up , please serve soup with a bit of bread as by the time u order garlic bread the soup n pizza is finished.

Great pizzas and pasta. Better to sit outdoors if weather is gd cause noise gets trapped indoors and makes conversations difficult.

So sad It took 15 mins to get drinks The bar was right there! Pizza was great though

The food was awesome, came on time and service was great! The only gripes we had were indoors were too noisy and settled with outdoor seating instead.
