Nice dishes and great hospitality. The seafood are very fresh! Especially the oyster bar was terrific, with many choices. I might go there again in near future.

Wonderful service by all staffs will definitely come again. Seafood super fresh, much variety to choose from. Worth every single cent spent on this buffet although it is not the cheapest around

Friendly staffs, full of smiles. Attentive to calls frequent changing and clearing of plates. Food varieties are just about right. Oysters are very fresh and juicy. Well done. Will come back again. Price is reasonable too.

This was my first visit to Oscar's. On a Thursday night, there was not much of a crowd, and hence it was a nice environment to dine in. The seafood section was delightful - Oysters were fresh, sashimi selection had included swordfish. However, the lobsters were a tad too chewy for my liking. Would love it if the drinks selection included soft drinks, rather than coffee/tea only.

Oyster counter offers variety version of origins which other places can't be found in hotel buffet. Desserts were quite nice with good range of variety.

The sashimi was sliced and left in the open and some of the items which were supposed to be cooked upon order were done in advance and left on the tray for us to pick up. The cooked food was fairly good. However, I love the desserts. The waffle topped with ice cream was excellent. The staff who served us was very attentive and helpful. However, the rest of the crew's service at the "live" stations' need improvement.

Great dinner location with an excellent service crew. Variety of food was sufficient and seafood was really fresh. Will be happy to come back someday!

Food range is not bad and selling point which is fresh oysters are there too. Food serving staff should be more polite though as they seems not happy to be answering questions we asked on the food they are serving. It was a packed restaurant on the day we went but service standard is relatively ok. Price is reasonable with citibank card discount of 15%. Will go again next time.

My rating of 4 is for the festive buffet only. Overall, it is a little disappointing. Selection was not as wide as expected compared to what was shown on the website as most items were 'on rotation'. Did not see any slipper lobsters this time round. It seems more like an Asian buffet rather than a festive one. Fortunately, they maintained the quality of the food. Glad to see that the parmesan bowl for the tossed Caesar salad still around. Will definitely still go back again but will manage my expectations this time round.
