Food is decent, service a little slow and lacking, but made up for with enthusiasm from the older gentleman server who served our table. Riverside outdoor dining, nice vibes if weather is good in the evening.

It was good Japanese food, I want to go again.

Food is always tasty here. Service was much better than than last few times I came. Happy we got the little room in the back which was away from the hot barbecue area.

Wanted to try something different. They had a hot plate installed in the tables for customers to cook their own okonomiyaki. However if you don’t want to have the smell stick after eating it would be better to opt for the outdoor seating. Food wasn’t too bad. Service staff helped us cook since we weren’t sure how to do it.

We go to dinner with our customer, and they were satisfied.

Have to give a low grade for the noise level as there were children treating the restaurant like a playground. No fault of the restaurant.

The food is very tasty. While waiting for the food, they will serve us some sandwiches. They also take care of little children by giving fries and ice cream on the house. Overall experience really great!!!

Sorely disappointed with the meal here. We reserved weeks in advanced and requested indoor seats as we wanted to go for the monjayaki and wanted to hotplate. We were indeed seated indoors when we arrived, but when our food were served the monja was served on a portable hotplate, and the okonomiyaki was served on a plate. Only when we asked them why it wasn’t cooked at our table they told us the hotplate is broken. No doubt it’s not a big deal but it would have been nice to be informed about it when we ordered instead of after the food was served. Overall service was slow and abrupt. Prices were steep. As much as the monja was nice we probably wouldn’t be back.

Truly excellent, genuinely authentic izakaya food. Atmosphere could be better but isn't bad. Very expensive, but the food is top-notch, so maybe largely justifiable. But one of the servers working there is horrible—the worst I have ever experienced. Constantly glares at customers, appears to be very unhappy when taking customers' orders, and covers mistakes by barking at customers for speaking incorrectly. We will definitely not be visiting this restaurant again!

I am Japanese who lives here for 14 years. It was my third time visiting and quality of food and service were good as always! Seating can be better to be on a sofa seat, I added on special request, but the seat was right near the entrance.　席のアロケーション以外は、全て良かったです！スタッフの方々の感じがいつも良いです！

Loved the food and the beef was so good. Staff was friendly and attentive and loved the ambiance. Do make booking for indoor seats, as it’s packed with regular japanese customers.

The service in this Japanese restaurant is friendly and attentive which makes us had an enjoyable and memorable dinner. We like this place as this is the place with pet friendly spot which allow our dog hang out comfortably with the spacious outdoor environment. All the dishes ordered were very delicious.

Sashimi dish taste fantastic! Cooked meal can further improve to cater for greater dining experience. Kambate!

Great food on a Friday night! Place was very crowded and we had to sit outside. Service was a little bit slow but even the owners came out to help out.

Always like their food but go early because by 20:00, a lot of the dishes on the menu are not available. Slow service.
