The ambiance was super cute and staffs were very friendly. I especially enjoyed my French toast and the mock tail!

Great marrow and hokkaido scallops carpaccio. Onion soup was too hipster. Traditional would be better. Nice mini ravioli in cheese.

My second time at Marcel, first time at this outlet. Our table was served by a lady named Trina. She was so sweet to offer us PIta bread seeing how much my friend & I loved it. I requested for a birthday surprise and the team so kindly sang a birthday song to my friend with a lovely cake. The food was so amazing as well. We had crab rillette, duck confit and half-cooked salmon. The salmon was unlike anything I've seen or tasted (think salmon pizza). Overall, It was a very pleasant visit and definitely coming back. You found yourself a fan, guys!
Love love love MM! When O Batignolles was still on Gemill Lane, that’s where we went. But it has easily been taken over by Merci Marcel. Staff is pleasant and attentive and knowledgable. Food is French with a bit of a twist. Cheese platter is fabulous and more than plenty for two people. We love to sit on the porch with a bottle of rosé and watch the people go by. A favorite!
Fantastic food and atmosphere. It was a Wednesday night and it was packed. Love rhe decor. Good service. Delicious rosé and splendid food (we had crab rillettes, duck rillettes and a salad to share). Tarte tatin to finish it all off. Glad they came back to their old neighbourhood (used ro be O Barignolles across the street).
Can’t get over the fact that they serve free flow, (freshly baked?) warm baguette slices straight from the oven! The cheese platters are amazing but their salted butter (sourced from Brittany, I believe) is to die for. Duck rillettes cleverly paired with slices of sweet pear and oozy Camembert, and the Ravioles de Royans also deserve shout outs. Desserts are NOT their forte though...
Great place! Firstly, the service is excellent. The waiters have good knowledge of the menu and good at engaging with the diners. The food is fantastic. Compliments to the chef for such a great menu! And the atmosphere is perfect for a casual dinner with friends. Will definitely go there again!
Love the design of the place and was happy to see it was open on CNY! Their ravioli is definitely one of the dishes not to be missed, as we 3 love the creamy square pasta. And their freshly baked croissants should be something you might wanna get too 😃
