I went to The Lobby Lounge for their Mindful Moments Hi Tea with 2 other girlfriends. All the service staff at The Lobby Lounge are friendly, helpful and attentive. We felt looked after throughout our hi tea experience and there’s one particular young waitress who is very attentive and came to our table several times to top up our water even though we were seated at the far corner. Food is decent, but not something to wow about.

Ambience is fantastic, not too many people which makes it a lot easier to chit chat with friends. However the price of the food is a little over priced. The truffle fries is good. Rest so so only. White wine recommended by the staff is great. Not too expensive which is a worth!

We were given a good seat that can see the singer. Jazz music on Friday night. Staffs were very friendly. Car park was full. Our food also took some time to be ready.

Compared to other hotels, intercontinental services provided are lacking. Not sure why, but we do not felt that Welcomed ! Other than that, food wise is normal for that price range.

Came here after a long time , service was good. Ordered a aglio pasta taste was not that good , it was very dry. The rest were fine !
