Here you’ll find Laurent’s Cafe, where diners enjoy freshly made breakfasts until 6pm, plus waffles, sandwiches, pastas and more until late. Swing by during the morning and start your day off right with a Nordic breakfast, a delectable spread consisting of sourdough bread, fine Norwegian salmon, sour cream and eggs cooked sunny side up. If hearty’s what you’re after, then then you can’t go wrong with the cafe’s cottage pie: a meat pie with a crust made from mashed potato and topped with emmental cheese.

The perfect place to grab lunch after a day spent shopping at The Heeren on Orchard Road, Laurent’s Cafe amazes diners with an array of hot pots, roasts, pastas, sandwiches, salads, soups and more. Go French with the crispy duck leg confit with Lyonnaise potatoes, or enjoy the classic Italian spaghetti Carbonara or ravioli stuffed with cheese. Don’t neglect to look at the drinks menu – Laurent’s Cafe even offers its very own soda. Try the Laurent’s Lemonade, a cold, refreshing beverage made with orange, lemon, grapefruit, lime, brown sugar and soda water for a sweet pick-me-up. The cafe serves amazing hot beverages, too, including Irish hot chocolate (there’s whisky inside!) and bold coffees. Stop by and enjoy the fresh flavours at this Orchard Road hotspot, but do make sure to book ahead!

Service was good and the food were above average. Even though it's located in town and around dinner time, the place wasn't packed. Hence, a pretty cosy place to sit and chit chat for as long as you can.

The restaurant was surprisingly quiet on a Friday evening. Though the service was impeccable, the food was not really up to the mark. The duck leg confit I ordered was too salty. My friend ordered the rooster dish and complained that the meat was very hard. She only ate few bites and pushed it away. The dark chocolate soffle was good though it could be a little bit more moist. Overall experience was disappointing.

The staff at Laurent's Café were helpful and attentive. The atmosphere was quiet that was just nice for a small gathering. The food was good but portions seemed small.

Good food, great atmosphere. It was very quiet during lunch on weekdays. A cup of coffee and a book will be best. Love the Farmer's breakfast as well.
