Great experience overall. Tasty dishes, clean environment, and welcoming customer service.

Quickly becoming my favourite hotpot in sg! The mala is so legit and prices are reasonable.

Not organise, messy, food choices can be found on other restaurants....

Reach restaurant 10 mins ahead of reservation time. Seated 30 mins later, ordered food but restaurant is overwhelmed and possible overbooked. No available spoons, ladles.. have to camp outside their kitchen to ask for cutleries 😔 Food wise, chicken soup is good. Could have done better with improved work process or manpower?.. Might go back for the soup bases… can’t be sure

Food is good and they’ve got photowalls which the staff was very enthusiastic in helping you to capture that moment.

Foods was fresh. Overall it was quite nice. Will go again to try the other dishes

The soup base is flavorful, but the meat quality is lacking. The meat is frozen and thickly sliced, and some items were missing. They offer free drinks for a positive Google review, but overall, the experience feels quite pricey.
