Kumo Japanese Dining

Overall I would not revisit Kumo if I wanted to have Jap buffet. The food options to me were rather limited and except for the Sashimi which was good, the rest of the food was really mediocre. The service was fine but to me I would rather go for ala carte if I am only eating sashimi the whole time.

I like the ala carte buffet style, the portion for each dish is quite small so can really eat quite a lot of different dishes

Food is excellent! Same was the service. They alsot allowed a change of table when requested.

This is my 3rd visit here. The sashimi is very fresh and nice. Yesterday there are a few complimentary items, all are nice, especially the steam fish head👍.

The chefs were nice and friendly. The hygiene in preparing the food is good. The waitresses are attentive. Will go again! However, good if they offer organic wines as I have to bring my own and incurred a corkage charge.

Favourite lunch option for my Jap food craving as it’s near to work place. Good service with quality food and nice ambience! Great that they expanded the dining areas.

Changed to online ordering, smart move, reduces wastage, however loses the personal interaction.

Rice is not japanese rice. Nabeyaki is bland. Chirashi don portion was measly. Disappointment considered is a full priced item as I did not gonfor buffet
