It was terrible! We waited 2 hours for our pizzas which came out cold, half cooked and cheese half melted, cheese fries same issue. Knowing its a saturday and its going to be full house, the place was terribly understaffed. When I feedback to the staff, she rolled her eyes impatiently and told me, 'im very sorry about this, you can see we are packed tonight and there's only 2 cooks in the kitchen!'. I can see that and this will be my first and last time visiting this place first sure!

Waited an hour for my double burger. Overall dining experience is just bad. Food was served ad-hoc. Entire family couldn't dine at the same time. Just kept waiting and waiting.

Overall, the food is alright - nothing too special, except for the blossom onion! However, I didn’t give a 5/5 rating due to the service. My friend and I were astonished when we saw one of the servers (the larger man) walk over to the counter, take some of our blossom onion with his hands, and eat it. This was absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. The fact that it happened right in front of customers, shows a lack of respect and basic courtesy. That said, the rest of the staff was very polite. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

Staffs were friendly and attentive, food quality was good, pricing a little higher than average setting restaurants however.

We love the Al fresco ambience and lovely staff. The steak is delicious and we love the Lychee iced tea.

The environment was lovely (score of 7/10) but food was a little disappointing.. The main bbq rib and starter chicken wing were lovely but the starters calamari and fish bites were awful. The batter for both was really hard and the calamari was bland. Definitely won’t be ordering those again. On the plus side, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Will go again but probably only for coffee, drinks and the ribs perhaps.

Very pleasant staff and we celebrated a birthday. Band sang BD song and they voluntarily prepared a nice lava cake and ice cream. Smiling staff all the way, accomodating and it made our Saturday nite. THank you and will come again.

Following prince william’s footsteps, I found myself making a reservation at Kontiki. The view was spectacular, seeing Singapore flyer while dining. The weather was kind to us, in the midst of heatwave in Singapore, it was cool and breezy. The food was great too, love the BBQ pork ribs. The meat practically detached from the bone smoothly the moment we put it into our mouth.

Our regular hang out spot. The food n staff are amazing ! The Wings are to die for.
