Sushi Airways in Singapore’s Bugis district is the city’s very first aircraft-themed restaurant, which means guests can tuck in to some delightful Japanese cuisine in a truly unique setting. A wonderfully crafted menu, whose distinctive design mirrors that of a flight manual, can be perused through at leisure upon arrival, while Sushi Airways’ distinctive DC-3 aircraft design also adds to the grand spectacle. With a varied selection of seafood shipped in directly from Japan every week, guests can choose to order freshly-made sushi or delicious sashimi safe in the knowledge that their food has been prepared and cooked to the highest standard. In order to avoid disappointment, you should book a table at this eatery in advance, as this Baghdad Road restaurant’s popularity is sure to take off!
