Love the greens and plants. The deco are also tastefully picked.
It is one of my favourite places to catch up with friends and clients.
My kids love the pasta. They enjoyed the pizza too.

love to make reservation to meet up with friends as nice ambience and food wise a lot of choice and reasonable. will visit again.
good location and nice ambience, another good environment for meetings and chilling out
Ordered 2 main courses - Salmon & Knots Burger. Both of them were very good.
Ambience is special with loads of flowers around. Service is good. Food is not bad too
cafe has a nice ambience. food is good, especially the rich creamy carbonate pasta, coupled with waffles & ice cream for dessert.
Lovely garden setting and vibes. Food is nice too! Restaurant was almost full by 7pm and closes at 10pm
Nice deco. Reserved for 3 but had to share a big table while the place was still quite empty. Think only 2/4 and above you get a table for yourself. More importantly, food looked and tasted good. Portions also not bad. Only thing making it perfect was the slightly pricy menu as it was in an industrial looking building.
Visited Knots Café and Living @ Paya Lebar for the first time last weekend and had such a pleasant and memorable experience that I felt compelled to write this review. If you’re a fan of cozy brunch spots, lush greenery, and solid Western fare, this café definitely deserves a visit. Right off the bat, the ambience is stunning. It’s like stepping into a botanical-themed home decor showroom—plants hanging from the ceiling, natural wood furniture, and beautifully curated interiors. You’ll find everything from couches to flower vases and lamps, all of which are for sale, which adds a fun twist to the dining experience. The natural lighting in the day makes it a perfect spot for catching up with friends, going on a casual date, or even just enjoying a slow solo brunch with a book. Now, onto the food—which really impressed me. I ordered the Truffle Parma Spaghetti, and my friend went for the Classic Beef Burger with Fries. The pasta arrived nicely plated, with a generous portion of spaghetti tossed in a creamy truffle sauce, topped with thin slices of parma ham and sautéed mushrooms. The truffle aroma was strong (in a good way), and the sauce was rich without being too cloying. The parma ham added a nice salty balance to the creaminess, and the mushrooms gave it that earthy depth. I do feel that the sauce leaned a little oily towards the end, but overall, it was flavorful and satisfying. Definitely something I’d order again—just maybe share it if you’re not into rich dishes. The burger was also a standout. A thick, juicy beef patty cooked medium, topped with melted cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onions, sandwiched between a soft, toasted brioche bun. The bun-to-meat ratio was spot on, and everything held together well without getting soggy. The fries were crispy, hot, and well-seasoned—no complaints there. It’s a classic burger done right, and we appreciated the portion size too. Service was friendly and prompt. We were greeted at the door, seated quickly despite it being quite busy, and our food came out in about 15–20 minutes. Staff were attentive but not intrusive, and they checked in once to make sure everything was okay without rushing us out, even though the place was filling up. Price-wise, I’d say it’s on the slightly higher side, but worth it for the quality of food, generous portions, and the exceptional setting. You’re paying for both the meal and the experience. All in all, Knots Café & Living is more than just a café—it’s an experience. Whether you’re here for food, coffee, or inspiration for your next home makeover, you’ll leave satisfied. I’ll definitely be back to try the waffles and maybe shop for a plant or two next time!
Price of the food keeps going up. Used to pay around $12-14 for the mains but now average is around $20. Suggest having more affordable lunch sets. Food is decent, nothing worth shouting about. That said, it is the only proper cafe around the Ubi area.
A very beautiful place to have a leisure meal with friends. Been to both outlets n food never disappoints. Enjoyable!
Great ambience and service is good. Wish they could do happy hours a little earlier. Tried the pizzas and they were good.
Had a good lunch. Like the ambience and the chick chop is good.
Nice place for coffee time. Environment cute. Easy to find the place
came here for a business meeting. the waffles and ice cream is good, being run by a florist, the decorations are impressive, and really pretty. quite pricey tho.

My favourite place for lunch cause the location just next to my office. Everything good here. My favourite is pasta.
the restaurant is located right next to my office. the location is strategic for the Payalebar area. the food is also delicious with a very okay price.
Despite low table occupancy, waiting time for the food still too long. Nice atmosphere though.
Interior designed with plants & furniture sold by cafe, cozy feel. Parma ham pizza one of best sellers. .
Good overall. Nice decor and food. Would go back again
A quiet relaxing cafe for a weekend. Drinks and food are OK.

Great ambience. Great quality food. Service team was attentive as they show you to the table and bring your food. Had to queue to order, and deducted some service points when there is prevalence of table order apps available.

Lovely place with lots of greens, nice place for gatherings or dates. Food is nice too. But the place is very crowded on weekends and noise volume can be rather loud and at times hard to even hear what my partner is saying to me. 😅
Pleasant, nice place to unwind. Comfortable atmosphere, would revisit again.
Nice place to enjoy the meal. Nice decoration and nice food. Location easy to access and price is okay.
Food on pricier side but overall still okay. Vegetarian options available
