Obviously, being an Island, Singapore is the place to be for great seafood, but believe us when we say Joo Chiat’s JB Garden Seafood Restaurant is one of the best. You’ll find an eclectic mish-mash of chairs and tables alongside some of the friendliest service in Singapore, but the real fuss is made over the food. The Penang big prawn noodles are a treat, as is the teppanyaki fish with sambal sweet potato leaves. All flavours are Asian inspired with an emphasis on Chinese and Malay, but to select just a few dishes is, to be honest, criminal. This very popular spot on Joo Chiat Road has a fantastic selection of fish, seafood and crab, all prepared by experienced chefs. It’s fresh and the value is exceptional, making JB Garden Seafood Restaurant a great choice, whatever the occasion. Reserve a table now.
