my 2nd time here! love the broth and the lala. broth becomes thicker after you add the rest of the ingredients.

My family and I truly enjoyed our dining experience here. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were served by Miss Loo, who was incredibly polite and helpful - she recommended several dishes that we ended up loving. Excellent service all around. We'll definitely be returning! Always had a great experience dining here. Was served by waitress Loo for the last 2 times. Her service is really impeccable and always serve with a smile. All other staffs are equally good and friendly and always attentive to every table. You'll always feel welcome coming here. Had lala steamboat and it tasted truly amazing. It's a must try! Thanks for the great food and even greater service!

Very crowded on a sunday evening. As is raining, we given seat inside, so will not have the charcoal pot (given the gas pot). They seem understaff also, the wait for food is at least 20 to 30 mins.

The hotpot is always good! The soup is flavourfully cooked with a Kg of the clams. Ingredients were fresh and prices are quite affordable.

My 2nd visit here. Food was ok. The lady manning my area was attentive to us & provided us excellent service.

The food is very normal. Over hype by social media. Lot of MSG in the soup base which make me super thirsty even few hours later after the meal.

The staff were really busy as it was peak hour but they still delivered with great service and a smile! Cherry on top was the 20% Grab discount we got!

The lala broth itself is really rich and nice. Satay was juicy and good too. Service was not bad.

Soup taste is nice and price is still reasonable. But place is very hot due to charcoal and can't turn on the fan, so it's like sauna there. But food is good

Food was great! Amount was good for the price too~ weather was slightly cooling but will be better if there’s a fan stationed near us. The lala soup is sweet and flavourful, satay is also great too!

The food was affordable. Portions are small so we can order a good variety of dishes to try. Went there around 5.30pm and there were only a few tables occupied so service was quite prompt. When we added some items later on (when the crowd came in), service significantly slowed down. However the staff remained very courteous and visibly trying their best despite being short-staffed. Recommend to come early to beat the crowd.

When you come to the restaurant is good to wear shorts pants and a short sleeve shirt.
