The restaurant is newly renovated, very refresh and nice. Service of staff and food quality are very good as usual. My favorite Peranakan restaurant after so many years.
Repeat customer. Food was tasty and arrived quickly. Parking is an issue.
Fast and friendly service, delicious food with complex flavours! Will be back
Always delicious - especially the Ayam Buah Keluak. Love the new space.
Good visit. Food is yummy and service is great and prompt
We went to the newly renovated Ivins at Binjai Park for the first time in the evening last Saturday. The place is warm and cosy. And we were delighted to know that the tasty value set Nasi Lemak was still offered for dinner.
The customer service was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff. The food was really tasty, and I especially enjoyed the Babi Pontai. Highly recommend giving it a try.
They just recently renovated and the ambience was really nice. Food was pretty good as well! 💯
The newly renovated Ivins restaurant in Binjai is charming and cosy. Food is always good and the staff, as usual, is efficient and friendly.
Great vibes in the newly renovated place. Very crowded now. Food is same, as delicious as always. A good place for family gatherings. Better make reservation before coming. Not so easy to just visit impromptu.
Renovated unit looks much nicer however, only about 15 tables (half the size of previous unit) so be prepared to wait for a table. food quality seems roughly the same as previously, prices double from last visit about 4yrs ago
Good food & service. Noise level was a bit much when full.
Great food :) is very nostalgic and reminds you of childhood. The tau Suan is very value for money
went with colleagues for lunch. Food was simple and tasty. only thing I can complain about was the connection in the restaurant. it was so bad that we cannot load the menu and send food order to the kitchen.
Food is amazing as usual. Price increased since the last time I visit tho
Very affordable food and good quality. Would recommend to visit in big groups to try more.
The place was straight out of the 80s and rather dim and run-down. The dining area smelled of bleach but the waitress rudely brushed me off and insisted it was the smell of the air-con. Food was tasty and portions were generous. But the ambiance and service would not attract me back a second time.
The prices have gone up so much over the last 2 years. For example: the dessert was affordable at $1.50 for a very small bowl in the past. The same dessert is double the price at $3 now for the same portion. They only replaced the small bowl with a slightly bigger bowl, but the content is less than half. It doesn’t look appetizing. Restaurant was very noisy during lunch hours and we couldn’t really hear our friends talking.
The food is delicious, but service is a bit slow and staff not really warm and friendly.
Food was delicious as usual. Seem to have gone through a round of price revision recently, saw that the prices were slightly higher than what I remember
The food was fine but the environment very noisy. It should be a place for gathering
Ivins never fails to impress. My friend had not been there for a long time. We both like the food there, as it's down to earth authentic peranakan food without unnecessary frills at various other joints. The service was attentive. We could only wish that the restaurant was still selling the nonya kuehs that it sold during the covid period
Food great - especially the chilli stuffed selar, curry fishhead, garam fish head. Avoid the dessert please. Chendol was lumpy with no shaved ice. Bubur cha cha was gooey.
This continues to be a peranakan family restaurant friendly to the wallets. Great value for the food they dish out. Will keep coming and recommend all to try.
The most hearty and economical Peranakan food in Singapore. It a bit rustic looking but if you look beyond, you will realise and appreciate to make such good quality food and charge such economical prices.
Great authentic restaurant priced reasonably. one of the regular restaurants we patronise.
Good.. We like the dishes. Nice. Will come back again.
Great dinner. Serving was fast and foods portion just right.
Good food - sad that they ran out of meat balls but will come back again
Restaurant was very popular and full! Note that the dishes are quite spicy!
Good and and reasonable prices. Bakeand Kepeting soup was good.
not as good as I remembered, perhaps I remembered wrongly. too much salt and sugar but flavours flat.
good old comfort peranakan food. tasty dishes and nice ambience.
Always happy to be dining at this authentic Peranakan restaurant. The food is very tasty and do not hint of any presence of MSG at all. Their Kueh Kueh are really good!
Food was good with very home-cooked flavours. The add-on set offered with any Nasi Lemak platter offers great value for money. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has a warm family/community ambience albeit a little noisy at times.
Old school restaurant that serves authentic peranakan food. Prompt and friendly service staff!
Great food and reasonable price as well, would definitely recommend
Service was not bad and food was delicious. Thank you!
good and pleasant experience, lunch was great had a good time
went for lunch with colleagues and we were pampered with quality food. 4 pax 4 dishes and the amount is just nice. Will be back soon.
Prices have gone up quite abit. Perhaps it explains why the restaurant was quite empty. However the portion served is much bigger than previously and taste just as good.
Nice food and good place except parking problem. Reasonably priced.
Missed the food there. My curry chicken, Assam fish and honey pork are consistently delicious. Just feel that the servings could be better if smaller. Then I order more variety.
Ordered the set for two. Beef and fish were tasty. Chendol was bland.
Rendang, chicken curry and sayurlodeh were nice but gado gado a bit too watery and coarse peanuts
Amazing food as usual! Will keep coming back for their food.
Homely place and food. Reasonable price for Peranakan food. Friendly staff. But parking maybe a bit challenging.
A place for family gathering but place a bit noisy
Delicious peranakan food and prompt service. A must go for great peranakan food
Food was nice, the set lunch was value for money.
