The service is fast and good. Most of the food we ordered were nice, especially the Spicy Ramen. However, the Tuna sashimi can be improved. It tasted like frozen tuna that hasn't been fully defrosted, can taste the ice

Booked via Quandoo. Our table was prepared. Service was quick and good. Portion was small, price was exorbitantly high. Even my partner could say price was high. Perhaps high price was due to its Halal restaurant. Anyway won’t come again in future.

Excellent service with great staff members that are nice and Friendly towards customers. Good quality is tremendously awesome too, serve fresh takoyaki which is one of my favourite dish so far. Definitly recommend takoyaki lovers and sushi lovers !!

Food was good. However, the attitude of the manager/supervisor in charge was not so friendly. She seldom smile and her tone was quite rude when talking to us. She seems flustered despite only 2-3 tables were occupied at that time. Furthermore, it is the beginning of the food service about 12pm. That is not a great start and way to treat your customers. Even though the food was good, a good service would have gone a long way.

There ia no straws for the drinks and the Curry rice is bland . Others just so so.

It was not crowded but we had to ask the staff behind the counter to come serve us as the only other staff we saw was attending to another table. The ramen is great but the curry rice not so. Will come again for the ramen. They also gave complimentary small serving of 2 of their new dishes for us to try.

It was our second time here - this time during dinner. We were so smitten by the fact that there was a halal japanese option in the west area, but so many things were amiss when we dined in. 1) The shoyu ramen we ordered tasted more like wanton egg noodles in soy sauce. 2) They missed out my friend’s order, which only came 30 mins later after all of us had our food. When asked if they forgot our order, they tried to avoid the question and kept saying it was in fact on its way. Waited.. and waited, asked and asked, but it was still the same answer that was given. 3) When one of my other friend requested for an onsen egg to have with her dish, they brought out a raw soft boiled egg. We were puzzled at the fact that it looked nothing like an onsen egg.. It looked like a semi raw half boiled egg that was whipped up in a rush. When we politely told them to have it cooked a tad bit more, they then came with a fried egg instead. She just ate it in the end. 4) Ordered an additional unagi sushi a tad bit after as a top up, but it never came even when we personally witnessed the waitress taking down our order. We waited close to 30 mins and realised that it wasn’t even keyed into the system when we were about to pay for our order. Truly a disappointing experience. There’s still a lot that needs to be improved at Isuramuya - especially with the handling of dining volume and being able to cope with their customers needs and requests. Waiters and waitresses working ought to be more on their toes as well by showing initiative. We may give this another chance, only if services are improved.

The atmosphere was friendly and good choice for large groups. However the food wasn't that fantastic comparing to Hei Sushi. They need to work on that. But their Yuzu cake is a must try.

Very polite & friendly owner & staff with nice seating area where you can watch the people skating on the ice-skating rink below. Highly recommended.

Firstly, no issue of sharing plates to us. Alternatively when ordering a bowl of ramen, no sharing bowls. Food is rather okay. But the salmon roe salty overwhelmed

Halal Japanese food in JCube (Jurong East) with very polite, friendly & helpful owner & staff. There are seats with a good view of the ice-skating rink below.

Brings back memories of food straight from Japan, not the exact same but still very delicious! Great ramen, great saba fish!
