The casserole pot is very good. Dry pot and then you can add their chicken/pork broth after to continue with steamboat style.

Good quality steamboat soups and food selection. The buffet lunch @ $43 weekday price is value-for-money.

Superior soup broth and quality ingredients. Take the buffet or set meals as ala carte orders can be pricey. Overall good!

The restaurant itself is fine, but the variety of food could be improved. I've been to other restaurants that offered a wider variety of food, and which tasted better. Sauces are at $3 per pax, but refillable. Overall still ok to go to for a meal if you want a quick steamboat fix.

Steamboat without the hassle. My husband texted if could have steamboat for dinner as though I could produce steamboat with a magic wand. Thank goodness for Hua Ting Steamboat. Good variety of soup stock and ingredients. We had the shark cartilage soup and variety of seafood and meats. All very well prepared.

Food was not as fresh, plus the soup bases (cartilage and tomato) are not that nice. Service is not great either. One of the worst steamboats I have in Singapore. Plus it does not help that I expected more given that they are part of Hua Ting.

Fresh ingredients, tasty soup base and dipping sauce. As usual, service from the staff is consistently good despite being a busy night and obviously shorthanded.

Food quality is great though pricey. Must trys are the japanese wagyu beef, sliced geoduck, japanese fresh scallops. the fish paste balls and meat ball with chestnuts are great too. small plates typically have just 4 pieces while large sizes have 8. enjoy!

Food was great, fresh and good portion. Service staff were great, but I think they need more staff for the "greatest" experience. It says a lot when the restaurant was not filled on a Friday night, during the Chinese New Year period.

The winter melon soup base is very delicious and the food quality is good. Fish and meats are fresh. I like that the restaurant is small unlike other steamboat restaurants which get too noisy.

The sauces were nice and chef recommend soup base (winter melon) was great. Price considered steep as each small plate of item cost $8-$14. Dessert was okay except serving too small. It would be good to convert as buffet items with exception items can be charged extra.

Quiet place, decent food. Like the winter melon soup base. Understated probably due to location and over shadowed by it’s higher profile sit down restaurant Hua Ting.

great service. food was fresh and very delicious. the winter melon soup base was the best. as it is weekday, it wasn't very busy and noisy, more conducive to meet up with friends than other steamboat restaurants. will definitely recommending this to others.

The soups were good, the ingredients were fresh and the condiments/sauces were great. But the quantity of the food was insufficient - we had ordered a 2 persons set (Set A) but the amount was more like for 1 person or 2 very small eaters :( In the end, we had to order a few more ala carte items and those were not cheap. We ended paying about $50 per person even on a 1-for-1 promotion deal! Too expensive!

After dinner, had to drink lots of water as I think the soup must have msg. The portion of each dish is so pathetically small that you have to order many dishes in order to be full. For example, the Chinese yam was so thinly sliced and just a few pieces only, while one oyster mushroom thinly sliced was charged at $8!! 4 pieces of thinly sliced beef was charged at $29!!! I was so shocked!! Tea was mandatory to be ordered individually in a pot rather than in most restaurants, a tea pot is shareable. Service of the staff serving us however was friendly and that makes up for it. Overall prices are exorbitantly high and overly priced!! We did not even order fresh seafood and the bill if without credit card discount was $232 or workout to be about $77 per pax as there was 3 of us. Not worth the visit unless you go for the Hua Ting brand name. After dinner, I was still hungry as the serving portion was so small! They really need to improve and increase the serving size of the dishes.

My second visit within the same month. One of the best steamboats in Singapore, will definitely be back for more, especially during the cooler months.
