Good ambiance. Open and airy. Great food as usual. Good service

I had a group of 5 and my seating options are limited and undesirable. My table was under the speaker which was playing loud music and blinding spot lights and next to kitchen. There are seats upstairs but the staff told me it was not open though we saw people sitting there an hour later. We finally managed to move to another seating which are on high chairs, again, not my favourite. Food was average. Not up to my expectations especially with the sitting arrangements.

They have promotion in month of oct which is worth if - $11 for sides and portion are a lot too. Happy hours till 8pm and drinks are instag too

The $33 set lunch was good value and yummy. My friend and I do not usually eat sweet desserts, but the pentacotta and cheesecake was prepared in such a way that they are not "ge-larg". And we actually finished them.

Food was average but ambience was good. Pork ribs were too tender and a bit jelak as it was a bit too sweet to my liking. Beers were normal. Overall really just so-so.

Had high expectations given this is a revisit and I enjoyed my earlier experience. However, there were several misses today that was a bit hard to ignore. The prawn cracker amuse bouche served was stale and stuck to the teeth. Nice gesture to give a complimentary starter but better to avoid if quality can’t be uphold. The lobster bisque was really salty and briny, and staff forgot to serve us our bread so we weren’t able to have bread to cut the salt out till I reminded the staff. Fries from the fish and dish was crispy and better than the actual fish, but overall still a good main dish. The truffle furikake linguine was really strange, doughy and pastey. No idea what went wrong there. Whilst there were a lot of hiccups with the service, staff were polite and friendly, and you can tell they were trying. Will still return to support.

Had the 2 course lunch, came with bread, sides, mains and ice tea. For the mains, the aglio oglio was tasty. Ice tea was too sweet. Nice ambience for lunch that is away from a workday lunch crowd.

the prawns in the pasta is fresh batter for the fish n chips is a little thick but crispy fries we'll done, remains crispy even when we finished our mains

It was a Friday evening so a crowd was to be expected. Service was a little slow but staff were very friendly and polite. Tried some of the SG60 specials - they were alright but the regular items were better. Would still return for the ambience.

I frequently come here with friends because the food and service are top-notch. The set lunches include bread and an amuse bouche, which makes the meal feel super fancy. My only issue (beyond the restaurant's control) is that where I was seated, it was very warm during lunchtime. I think the air-conditioning in the whole building just wasn't strong enough.

Second time visiting, all is well and ambience is always nice. Will definitely return again.

The lobster bisque, mushroom soup is delicious. Chicken wings are tasty. Lunch set portion is good.

We tried the Wagyu burger and fish & chips — both were rather underwhelming. The burger lacked depth of flavor, and the fish batter was overly oily and separated easily from the fish when cut. The duck confit was also disappointing; the sauce was bland, and the duck had an unpleasant gamey smell. Service was mediocre throughout the meal. Cutlery was not provided when the soups were served, and staff were slow to respond to requests. No effort was made to clear the soup bowls after we had finished. Overall, both the food and service fell short of expectations.

The food at hopscotch is spectacular. Giving 10/10 to the crew, especially for them who have to go up and down the stairs to the mezzanine floor where we were seated

Staff were not customer oriented. Food was served as though they were in a rush. Just plank on the table and go. Our party of 6 finished our meal for quite some time and one staff came and cleared 2 of our party plates and did not continue to clear the rest. It was only after much later when we ordered desserts, did they start to clear our table. Music was also too loud that I feel we had to strain our ears to listen to our conversation. Food was a hit and miss but overall was okay.

Ordered SG restaurant week 5 cause dinner. It took 1 hr 15 mins for them to serve everything. The longest waiting time was 20 mins for the 3rd dish and main course. My daughter and I were starving and we thought food would taste nicer when we were so hungry. However, the main course was extremely disappointing. I ordered smoked beef cheek and it was the toughest beef cheek I ever had in my life and lots of gristles. My girl ordered lobster hokkien mee, the “lobster” is extremely rubbery, I struggled to cut it into smaller pieces, in the end we gave up chewing on it. Cocktail I ordered was fancy and creative. In short, disappointed and won’t come back again.
