Dog friendly cafe. The place is clean and with spacious area for furkids to roam about. The human food are good and tasty. There is a special menu for furkids as well.

The cafe environment came across and friendly and clean, staff were polite and attentive. My hamburger and piccolo latte were pretty good and my group didn't have any complaints about the food. My dog scoffed down her lunch in less than 5 minutes so I dare say she gives it a thumbs up too. Dogs are allowed off leash and most were very well behaved. Heard some growling somewhere but no fights broke out. Plenty of excited barks as dogs make new friends! I'll definitely be a return customer

The place is bright, airy ,clean, well kept, nice service, good food! The only problem is our puppy is noisy since it is only 3.5 months old!

Extremely clean cafe, friendly staff and huge food portion! Love every moment in there. Waffle ice cream is the bomb! My little Pom made lots of new friends there!

It was okay. My 4th time here. My dog's food was good, he enjoyed it. Our food and drinks were quite nice, liked my Banoffee tart. Lady who attended to us was good. Busy day today with many dogs. Only negative was another waitress who was curt in her responses - had long, dyed blond hair and wearing glasses.

Clean environment and decent tasting and decently priced food with friendly staff! The most important thing is its a dog-friendly cafe! Overall a good experience!

Good environment and the staff are friendly. However, the variety for furkid menu is limited, will be good if can have more variety such as having desserts or cakes for furkid.

Appreciate more seafood and vegetarian / vegan dishes. As for desserts some local Chinese desserts would be great. Hope to see the suggestions on the menu soon. Cheers :)

Nice cafe for both humans and doggys. The foods are acceptable,its just that you have to wait quite awhile for it to be serve. Will be back again.

Lovely restaurant for pawrents with their furkids! Food is quite nice and the place is clean. Pity they no longer offer muffins for dogs and pity that there is a time limit to how long we can stay because there are usually reservations.

Service staff was extremely stiff and unfriendly. Service was slow as there was only one cook. Dog menu was hopeless and expensive. Will never return.

The food was good both for humans n their furkids. It is no wonder why it is so popular. Although it would be a plus if they had pampers for the furkids.

Food was better than I had thought in a per restaurant! In fact, the food was delicious and we also had a good time with a cute dog.

As a regular here, I have to stress that the food and the service degraded VERY BADLY! No one is there to serve when we reached (the 2 ladies at the counter are using their phones)! Also, food is definitely..... So-so... It's was not bad previously before they changed their team members.

Very crowded on weekend. Lucky reservation was made. My furkid is not very sociable hence she did not enjoyed herself but definitely she enjoyed her meal.

Food is not bad except the cottage pie taste horrible and dry. Staff could be more helpful with taking care of the furbies and helping with the hygiene!

Food was so so but the environment felt clean and bright. I ordered hazelnut latte which tasted pretty good though. The truffle fries and chicken wings was really average.

Quality of food and service definitely degraded after the staffs changed. Quite disappointing......

Service average (it used to be better), I'm the only table with likely 3-4 staff standing and I've to ask twice before I can have the menu and 3 times before someone takes my order Food cold and tasteless Fries soggy Not vibrant like before

I've been to happenstance many times alr! Great place to meet up for friends who have dogs although if too many dogs at one time ain't your thing, it would be best to visit them during the non peak hours, I.e, outside of the lunch and dinner time! (:

Food was good, great place for the pups to hang out but staff really could work on their service. I was told that my 2 hours was up(even though there were other empty tables) when i was never told that there was time limit from the time i booked or after i got there.

Good place to bring your dog, will come again soon.

Food: Beer battered fish n chips and signature beef burger are the best! Atmosphere: Our maltipoo's first visit to a cafe.. Was shy and don't interact with other doggies at cafe but still, the experience was a good one! Clean and pro 👍🏻

Always come here with my dog. Quite a number of dogs for them to mingle around. Big space, definitely. But food wise a bit pricey.

Nice environment for our doggies. The food however was not that good. The fish and chips was bad... the batter was extremely hard and dry.

I've always been there for my gathering with our pets! The food there is great and the price is reasonable! The space for the dogs to run about is great as well!

Lovely place to hangout for furkids, food is excellent, generous portion! However, their service does not meet the standard because one of the crew "tsk" at me when I made a mistake on my payment!

Food was disappointing... Most of the dogs are cute and friendly but a few dogs were barking throughout my dinner but owners were not able to calm them down

Nice food great environment. Our lil furriers had a great time. Some music helps. A great place to chill out with your loved ones while our lil furries roam around.

Food is quite well executed. Cafe is quite well done up and good place for dog owners like myself. But I think they need to educate their customers about handling their dogs. For example dogs should not be up on the seats etc. It's for hygiene purposes and to enable dog owners themselves to enjoy their meals instead of fussing over their dogs heat are running away.

Surprisingly good food for a pet cafe. Nice casual ambience & a fun place for kids & adults who like dogs. Will definitely be back again.
