Food is definitely above average! Chef also told me he can do some dishes as vegetarian if necessary :) Thumbs up! My little pup enjoyed himself there!

It is a nice place to bring my dog to interact with the other dogs. The food is surprisingly good as compared to the food from the other dog cafes. The place is clean and spacious.

Great restaurant! Very prompt assistance and friendly staff. Dogs would love this place too with the space for them to run and also delightful food on the menu!

Space was ample and dogs could run around. But many a time owners do not clean up after their dogs and left puddles of pee around. Maybe the staff could keep a lookout too and remind the customers to be mindful. Food was average but some items a tad salty.

The cafe is really nice! The staff handle the dogs well, are very patient even with the rambunctious ones and the food (both human and dog) was tasty. Only one comment I should make is that the dog food was served a bit too hot, my pup pup wasn't injured but licked it once then shook her snout

Aircon wasnt cooling enough on a hot day. And the bingsu need improvement. Other than that, staffs was really friendly. Mains were good! Overall still a nice place to chill with pets.

The cafe has a rather big space for the doggies to run around. Food for humans and dogs are not too bad. Parking could be challenging due to limited parking lots.

Place was ample was the furkids to run about, food was delicious and in a hugerer portion! Will definitely make a visit in future! Very good bingsu offered there.

Nice restaurant with good food. Easy parking along the streets. Friendly staff. Been there a couple of times and will definitely re visit again next time.

Location of cafe isn't too convenient for those who don't drive. Cafe is spacious for doggies to run around. That's a major plus point (and in fact, most important point) since it's a dog-friendly cafe where we can all bring our fur-babies to mingle. Food is yummy & we didn't have to wait too long for our food to be served. We went on a Sunday afternoon (1pm) & surprisingly it was pretty easy to find a parking lot. We will definitely return again. 👍🏼☺️

The food and drinks were great. The place was quite spacious for pets to run around. Should try to change the bucket of water with the mop more frequently though.

I loved the setup here. Space for people, and for their dogs. Menu caters for both. Everyone was happy with their meals (dogs included), will be back again!

Great service and great food. Fun place to bring your pet. Have to try their banana and black sesame milkshakes. Food and snacks available for dogs too.

The place is clean and spacious for furkids and their owners. However, place is not a convenient location. Food wise not very good but not sure about dog food. My dogs finished their meals.

Awesome hang out for my dog and I. Spacious, clean and bright environment. Would definitely visit again. I love their hazelnut latte and spam fries.

Regular customer here. Food is ok but can be improved. Staff is rather friendly. Came here with my dog and family. Will come back again.

Very short handed today. No one served me when I reached. Plus point is the improvements on the additional metal gate for dogs. Hate it when what u want to eat is always out of stock.

The food tasted great; the rose latte was perfect, but would be great if its hotter. A full 6 was not given as my past few experiences with the cafe involved forgotten orders and slow service, however, I understand that due to the nature of the cafe, service may not be optimal due to the dogs running about and clearing of waste from the dogs. I will continue to support Happenstance indefinitely.

nice place to hang out with my pet. A mix of different dogs. Need to reserve to get a seat during weekends. Food is ok. The dory sliced in the dog menu has too strong a fish smell.

Food was more than average. Price for portion is worth it. You can share. Furballs were running around quite happily. Good to bring them for scialising

Best Pet Cafe! My wife and I had a blast at the cafe with our puppies where they met new friends at ease. And the food they serve is good though abit pricey.

Have visited Happenstance a few times. One of the better dog cafes with proper food. Pleasant and friendly service staff. Sufficient space for dogs to mingle and play.

Great for pets and pet lovers. Only thing is that it may feel like a zoo and get rowdy inside sometimes with all the animals sharing the same confined space

Food isn't as nice as before. Large play space for dog is the plus point only.

The food was good. The staff not helpful enough. When i arrive, the place was not busy. My hand was kinda full with stroller n my pup. Hard to open the door as the entrance quite small, the didnt even offer to help open the door for me. Some other customer who dine there helped me to open n hold the door.

Very cozy and nice place to bring your furkid there. The service staff are friendly too. But i do hope they can include some local foodfare so that we can another choice over western food. Thank you and keep up the good work.

My fiancee and I are regulars at Happenstance. The staff are friendly, polite and they clearly love dogs too. The space is ample for the dogs to mingle and play, and menu is overall very decent.

I liked the food a lot - best among all the dog cafes I've been to so far the cafe is clean too. I will come again .

met a lot of different dog breeds. good first time experience for my puppy. food portion was very decent. service was good and waitresses were very polite and even helpful with cleaning up after some dogs peed.

Clean and cozy place where your furbabies wonder around freely. The pet cafe also has a wide selection of delicious food on their menu where the pawrents can enjoy their food.
