Your shop in Chinatown point has close down. I booked and turn up to blank. my family has to look for some where to eat as they thought I have booked. At least put up notice to tell us it was already close and not kept accepting reservation. Very disappointed.

Is it even open? Went there but seems like it’s close for good, tried calling and it was a dead line.

The food is limited. Not many Hainanese dishes as we are Hainanese so looking for more varieties as their focus is on chicken rice and steamboat where we can get everywhere.

Food is nice. Lunch time a bit rowdy so hard to have chat, but service is prompt and everything else is good. Value for money too.

I could just eat the chicken rice itself without any accompaniment. It was that good. The chilli sauce however lacked ummphh. We've given our feedback to the staff there about it.

Had the pulled pork carbonara & latte. Serving portions were big for 1 person, would recommend to share. Price is reasonable for the quality, portion & ambience. Latte was smooth. Would visit again!

Mostly frozen food with limited variety of food. Soup contains a lot of seasoning which makes you very thirsty after eating. Overpriced for the quality of food.

The chicken rice was awesome. Just wish the chilli was more spicy! Kudos to the young lady leading the restaurant operations and front counter - star staff like her made the entire dining experience very smooth sailing despite hiccups. We did not get her name but she was excellent at making recommendations to suit our needs for our dinner party of 5. We had a great time and would consider coming back again.

White lights and drab pictures on the wall. Depressing. We ordered dishes and they were all very average. Sambal kangkong was terrible. Had some strange raw taste to it. Better off eating tze char at coffeeshop.

The quality of the buffet items were not great but we loved the chicken rice chilli and the plate of chicken (only 1 serving per table). Guess this will be ideal if only you want to eat everything at a cheap rate

Smell of hainanese soup broth permeates the air with nice poached hainan chicken with chicken rice next to you. Chili goes well with chicken breast.

We didn't enjoy the food and unhappy with it. Because we order buffet set. They served us the food that we didn't order. Not worth it.

Mid-way through our dinner, the hanging lights above our table starting leaking and the water entered the hotpot. This spoilt our entire experience although the staff tried to do service recovery by moving us to another table and replacing our hotpot.

The food was nice, authentic hainanese dishes. Food portion is a bit too little to share for the price we pay. Overall a pleasant meal there

Lack of selection for the steamboat items. Thumbs up for the Hainanese Chicken Rice (although there is only one serving). Broth is nice but you can only choose 1 type of broth.

Something to note if you are going with big group (6 to 10 pax). Big round table, with a single big pot in the middle. You could have a good stretch after the meal. Pros and cons, up to your preference.

For the price paid for the buffet dinner, I can get more varieties of food at another hotpot buffet place. During peak hour, it’s hard to get the server to take order even when they acknowledged that they will come over, they tend to forget it after. Only managed to hijacked a server after 4th/5th attempts while she’s serving the table next to us and I have to stop her telling her that I have requested to take order earlier and she did not come back to me. But I have to say the marinated chicken there was quite tender.

Good value lunch promo. Authentic Hainanese Cuisine of chicken rice and steamboat combo in a air con restaurant is needed in our steaming hot weather. Lunch crowd builds up quite well on a Monday afternoon. Seems to have shortage of staff as only 3 service staff running a fairly big restaurant. Nonetheless service was timely. Will visit again.

The service was prompt and the food is quite good. Unlike a lot of steamboat places, it doesn't leave you thirsty due to too much MSG.

Steamboat set was pricey for the small portion of food but the soup was good. Chicken rice was too salty. Their pork chop was very thinly sliced and too dry. Satay was alright. Lots of room for improvement.
