Staff are always warm and welcoming. They have new menu items and would patiently explain about them when asked. It’s always a pleasant dining experience at this outlet.

Superb service. The service is always beyond excellent at Hao Di Lao. Century Square outlet has 3 condiment bars which is fantastic.

Meet up my friend at my favourite HDL in Century Square . Every thing was good . Like their food n services .

Service is exceptional, as anyone who frequents HDL will agree. The lady who attends to us (think her name is Shihui or Shuhui) is super attentive and friendly. Food is good too. Will visit again.

It was super packed and the restaurant was alittle understaffed. But the waitress who was taking care of our table was very nice

Insane wait..booked for 630pm and arrived at 620pm. Only got table at 810pm.

Long waiting time although we had a reservation. Also staff did not gave us a birthday cake although we did indicate we had a birthday celebration

had to wait >30 minutes upon arrival despite making a reservation (with priority queue). was a little disappointed with the staff service today as one of our soup base (chicken) tasted charred halfway through our meal - it was none of the ingredients that we put it which caused it. we didn’t order the hand-pulled noodles either. we told one of the service staff but he shrugged it off after mumbling that he can’t help it either - he proceeded to bring us our bill instead. I then proceeded to inform one of the managers on duty instead and after checking and confirmed that we did not order any noodles, he changed the entire soup base for us.
