Food was not replenished! Everything in the bar finished and we’re told food like porridge etc will not be replenished by the staff.

perfect spot for a family hotpot night! The kid-friendly options and non-spicy broths make it a hit with the little ones, while the adults can indulge in more adventurous flavors. Spacious seating and friendly service add to the family dining experience.

Service was prompt and good. Place was spick and span.

1) The service is slow. After we were seated, i requested one ice cream for my daughter, it took almost 20 - 30mins to get it. I got to ask 3 times for it if i don't remember wrongly. 2) after the meal, my husband left first. when I ask the front counter staff if my stroller is still around, she answered: she is not sure, she just took over shift. Then that is all. I got to sort out by myself .I think the best solution is she can ask me what colour is my stroller, then she can check for me if it is still there. 3) I was offered the kids meal- steam egg for my 11 months girl ( that is really very nice) but it took almost 1 hr to come till my daughter fell asleep. She did not get to eat it. 4) there were a period of time, no one is around. I want to ask one glass of water, but there is no one around. It is very nice that one of your staff who wears black shirt offered help when he saw my husband waved a few times, but no one responded. But he was holding onto the cleaning stuff with glove on. The only thing is he did not change his gloves when he get water for us.

Good service from the staff and the food were nice

At 5.35pm they followed up with a call to check my current location. Hai Di Lao is relatively easy to find in Sun Plaza. At this timing, there weren’t many people and we didn’t need to wait long. However, we realised that the food portion had shrunk a little. Quality of service was still good as usual.
