Haidilao at Marina Square exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and delectable hotpot offerings. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The extensive selection of fresh ingredients showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality. The interactive sauce bar and thoughtful complimentary services, like manicures, added a unique touch. Overall, Haidilao Marina Square is a top-notch choice for a delightful hotpot experience.

Got to wait as usual but service was still good as expected. Marina Sq outlet is quite spacious so I quite like it.

Waiting time was okay and the venue was huge! Nice environment and food just that the place is a little cold so remember to bring a jacket when dining here.

Very friendly waitresses and we didn't have to wait for long before getting seated. Everything was swift. Very clean environment too. Pleasant dining experience

Not a bad place for steamboat on a rainy day

Reach there 30min early, but asked me to que for take table number and yet still have to wait for like 2-3 hrs. Fine! I go for shopping And until now not even give me a call! Totally ruin my new year eve. This ridiculous!

Servicing ok but other outlet more better to go for

Not much goodies or special there. only managed to get fruits and cake for birthday and some tidbits. no special drinks, toys or soup packs available.

I visited on Friday night. Had to wait for more than 45 min even with reservations. Hdl impeccable service has dropped.

Service staff were attentive and friendly. You have to check out the various counters which offer different selections of appetizers / side dishes. Food quality ok but a bit pricey. There’s bianlian performance after 9pm

The lady who was serving our table was amazing! Super helpful and friendly all the way despite being so busy during dinner hours. Not once did we felt like service was lacking due to the crowd. Even we didnt ask for premium member benefits, she served it up unlike the other tables who kept asking her for alot of freebies. Definitely will be back again.

First time ever I bumped into a situation where ther is miscommunication amongst their staff. My friend and I were told at 20:17 that we need to wait for 30-50mins for our table and there are 8 groups in front of us. We agreed to wait, and as the clock ticked past the 50min mark, I went to look for a service staff (basically, no staff was at the "2nd waiting area") and asked how long more do we have to wait, and were told that there are 6 groups in front of us?! It was then I told the lady "I'm sorry? We have waited since an hour ago when we were told that there were 8 groups, and after an hour there are still 6 groups?" Then... the lady communicated with I'm not sure who and said "sorry your table is ready". This is the first time I have faced such a situation at a HDL Outlet, and I do hope it doesn't become a norm 😅 If I didn't go in to check, I wonder how long would we have waited 😂 As for the food, quality is good as per usual, only "issue" we had was with the second plate of pork belly that was too thick and did not taste as good as our first plate (there was a "porky taste" from the 2nd plate). Lastly, the ladies who served our table were nice and we still left with our bellies happily filled.

Not first time visit this branch, still nice, will come again.

Loved the fusion of hand-pulled noodles in a hotpot setting. The vegetable broth was light yet flavorful, a great complement to the fresh noodles. The service was prompt and friendly too.

Found this cozy little hotpot spot downtown. It's intimate and welcoming, with a fantastic selection of broths. Their chicken broth is a standout - rich and full of flavor. Plus, the variety of fresh vegetables and meats makes for a perfect communal dining experience.

Tried this amazing hotpot place last night! Loved the spicy broth - it was a perfect blend of heat and flavor. The beef was super tender, and those handmade noodles? Just wow! Great vibe for a casual dinner with friends

we arrived at 5.40pm, it was the dinner crowd. despite that, we were seated within 15min. always very impressed by how their staff greets their customer with an extremely bright smile.

This Hai Di Lao outlet is near carpark so minimal walking required for elderly. Do note that this outlet doesn’t accept the usual voucher offered. Other than that, service and food is HDL standard.

A spacious Haidilao outlet. Not too crowded. Service is super good as usual.

The restaurant is insufficiently staffed, we had to do everything ourselves including hunting for pitchers to refill our glass. Food standard has dropped significantly, especially the soup. We always order the soup base thick, but it was never like this, this time the soup is so thick and salty it is like drinking tomato sauce.

This Hai Di Lao Online booking system is simply amazing

I felt that it was understaffed. We ran out of paper towels at the table and had to wait quite long to get someone’s attention to refill the paper towel holder. We were not offered a bib like before and kids were not offered a toy unless asked, unlike before. It’s a shortfall compared to HDL of the past, but food quality was ok except for fish slices that tasted cottony. There was a UOB promotion which I realised I was entitled to only at the end when paying, but was not advised ahead. So even though eligible, it wasn’t possible to enjoy the free dish as we were checked out.

Good service and the lunch set is value for money

It’s at Marina Sq outlet, soup base were quite diluted taste like drinking water. Service wasn’t as good as in the past. Won’t be going to that outlet, if possible.
