Always a great way to hotpot with a big group. Food quality is good as usual and love the free flow of desserts. Staff are friendly and fast with serving and cleaning.

The whole experience was good. It was great that we were given a room. The food was nice but it would be better if the price is more economical.

Had a meal at this place last week. Service was fabulous. Made me came back again. However this time round it was just ok. Might consider if I will be back anytime soon. There was a great promo deal with $3.20 items, and it was value for money. This haidilao branch also had great ambience. They provide free coffee/choc dispenser as well as a great variety of fruits and desserts. All in all still recommend to visit this place

This is probably the best Hai Di Lao outlet. The wait is relatively short compared to other outlets and there’s a greater variety of side dishes. What’s lacking is the service - servers aren’t as friendly here and have zero proactivity.

More comfy lighting compared to most outlets. We managed to get a nice round table for 8 adults to celebrate various events in one setting.

Their service is wonderful! The wait staff for our table was very attentive to our needs, kept replenishing our soup and even brought us plain water even without us asking. Nail service, Bian Lian and dance performances are a plus.
