Can’t quite recall my experience but HDL never disappoints. We got a quiet table upon request too.

service was fast and efficient, server was really nice and friendly food was good too!!

Food was tasty and delicious. Staff at restaurant were friendly and patient.

Well-known for their good service. Attentive and friendly staff. I forgot to get the staff name, only remember she is from Seremban, Malaysia.

Growing up with hotpots, I think it doesn’t taste any different whether in Haidilao or other hotpot restaurants. The main difference is the atmosphere (I waited 10mins seated in the waiting while drinking tea and eating peanuts even thou I made a reservation) and was guided to a big table that could seat 4 comfortable even though there’s only 2 of us. Feels a bit extravagant for a simple lunch. Also, the price is quite stew compared to other hotpot restaurants. All in all, it’s a place where you could impress your guests and have fun while doing it.

ordered 4 type of soup base. tomato the best. Food is fresh too. we celebrate a birthday & was given free dessert for birthday girl.

was pleasantly surprised with a private room which meant my group of 8 can chit chat at ease. food and service were great. i realised the menu indicated the allergen information which was helpful with dietary restrictions, kudos to HDL. will definitely visit again!

First time here and I really enjoyed myself! The service was personable and food was good! I liked it that the assigned waiter was really helpful and attentive to our table’s requests.

It was a gathering of friends, for those who have not tried HDL in SG, for those who have not had HDL in a while, and for those who just wanted to meet up. Always a good spot over food and conversations.
