Quality food and service was good. However, previous experiences seemed better as staff was more attentive and prompt in attending to our request Will still visit again.

This year menu could have been better if there was xiao long bao. Last year menu was better than this year. The complimentary wedding anniversary cake was only a small slice shared by 5 in a table. Quite a let down. Previous year was a whole cake.

Courteous service staff ; Peking duck is yummy! A little on the pricey end but overall ambience is nice except that the neighbouring clanking sounds of wok is a bit of a nuisance

Had the claypot promo, it was alright, but pretty much normal fare you can find at a zhichar restaurant. Service and ambience was good and my family enjoyed ourselves.

Good food and great service. Celebrated birthday during lunch and opted for the buffet. Wide selection of choices for dim sum buffet as it includes not only dim sum but also dishes such as fish, prawns etc. Highly recommended for buffet dim sum lunch.

It's been a long time since I last dined at HTL. Had dinner there last night. Kinda disappointed with the location of the restaurant. It's on the 3rd floor, overlooking the lobby. Perhaps it's time to rename the restaurant. Food is alright.

Came here for group dinner. Good service and food were fantastic good. We had the Gardenia set and all the dishes were very tasty. Not salty and oily. 👍👍

This is my first time using Quandoo to make a booking at Hai Tien Lo. Is very easy and convenient. I'm happy to dine at the restaurant. Love the food, great service and nice ambience.
