gd service as usual from hai di lao. good was fresh too.
surprising there was no queue, so we get to go in immediately. the food is stoll good and enjoy it!

although still have to wait for 1 hour even though book through quandoo, but haidilao food is still good. will come back again. do remember that they only help you really put into queue when u register ur booking at the counter

Need to book before going on a Friday as it gets really crowded after 6pm. Service was close to none, guess they are understaffed.

Food was up to HDL standards. Service definitely above an average restaurant but for hdl standards, felt that they were quite understaffed tho the staff r trying their best
HDL always first priority for steamboat.. but only one bad point ., wearing that blue gloves to clean up table after customers left ,then using the same pair of gloves to serve my food .🤮

after booking, the waiting time is around 30mins. Although still need to wait, it is still better to go with booking. Happy to see haidilao in quandoo! will definitely visit again!
