海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot - Bedok Mall

First visit to Bedok Mall’s outlet and it was awesome. Was shocked that I was given a private room for 2pax & the overall variety of food and service was good as well.

Staff are very friendly n pleasant. Will come back again

waited for another hour and 15 mins to get a table. Very crowded with multiple groups celebrating birthdays and hence lots & lots of birthday singing. But food is great as usual. Due to the crowd, the service was less attentive.

Very noisy and crowded HDL restaurant. Visited on a friday night and arrived around 6.15pm. The crowd starts coming in from 630pm and the self-service counter is ALWAYS packed. Very hard to get your designated waiter/waitress' attention and sadly, the one servicing us was a bit absent-minded and inattentive which made the whole dining experience rather poor.

first time visiting haidilao at around 2am. totally no queue and very quiet, had a very peaceful meal. however, the three delicacy soup was not as good, no more fishball inside and the soup a bit blant although we had indicated richer soup, maybe because the chef too tired already..haha.
